A nice little mom and pop feeling diner. We stopped in for breakfast. Excellent, friendly service. Slightly slow in the kitchen, but it was worth the wait. The food was excellent. I’d definitely go again!

All the food was tasty and hot! I had the country-fried steak, mashed potatoes and green beans, he had fried catfish, smashed potatoes and green beans. We had biscuit-type rolls and corn bread, both good. His came with hushpuppies, which were my favorite. I would go again to try the fried pork chops! All in all it came to $30.17 plus tip.

Great place! Please note: they only take cash or checks. No cards. They have a full menu, but I like to get the meat and 3 vegetable plate (daily choices written on blackboard). It’s only $7 at lunch and $7.50 at dinner. Really tasty food and a great value. I like the yam patties and the collards the most.
