Clean, clean, clean. Fresh food. Salads are made with actual heads of lettuce instead of bagged. Burgers are made up fresh. They’ll always put on a fresh pot of decaf for me anytime I come in. Just a great friendly place to eat.

A great place for a crispy edged burger or double cheese burger, some french fried potatoes and a cup of chilli. I felt like a kid again sitting at the counter watching the grill artist do his work. I almost passed out when I saw a car hop head out the door with an order and a window tray – haven’t seen that in years. God bless these folks for keeping a little slice of Americana going strong – they were busy at 11:30am

Literally a ’50’s diner that is still doing it the way they did it back in the ’50’s with carhops and everything. Best smashburgers around, way better than the “other” places and amazingly good chili. The burgers are bigger than other smashburgers and you will barely be able to finish a double with a couple of sides. And they have held the line on prices while other places have let their prices edge up. The lunch rush is a madhouse so try to catch it an hour early or an hour later. Hope they keep the place going forever.

This place gets 5 stars all day long. Good food in a kind of old fashioned setting. Service is always pretty good. Sweet tea is on point. But I don’t recommend the chili. There’s nothing like a good bowl of chili and theirs is nothing like a good bowl of chili. Everything else is great.
