I am here to report the worst steak and cheese sub in the history of sub shops ordered. It was a bread sandwich with a spoonful of steak if that. Paid for extra cheese but no idea where that went. I never had a sub where you can close it and not know there is anything inside before. Also got a Greek salad with no onions and one olive. Chicken finger dinner was plate full of fries and two tenders. What a rip off. I wish I could get my money back because I don’t know what I paid for!!

Online ordering horrible. Couldn’t select toppings. Ordered a chicken cordon blue sub, it came with no cheese. My friend’s grilled chicken sub was too salty for him to eat. Won’t be going back

Prior to me moving to Texas I had always gone to Mike’s Pizza since 2009. I knew Mike also before he moved to Greece. I have always bought my subs at Mike’s. I recently return to Fitchburg to visit and went to Mike’s for me favorite sub. I MUST SAY IT WAS A TOTAL “”DISAPPOINTMENT””. The guy that made my sub didnt use any gloves. Totally unsanitary. The manager handled the money with the same gloves he was to cook. I ordered a cheese steak w onions, pickles, tomatoes, hots, provolone and mayo. When I opened the sub it had 2 pickles , NO onions , No Mayo , No hots , No provolone cheese , 2 pieces of tomatoes that look like they were 10 days old. DISGUSTING. And a Total insult to the reputation of Mike’s name. When I confront the manager/owner about the sub HE BLEW HIS TOP and started screaming “” I am tired of people coming in here complaining about my employees not wearing gloves and my food. I told him I didnt my money back or the sub he can keep them both. My problem was about the disgusting service and grossed out food. Not about my money

The best pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered the Vegan Cheez Pizza it was so good! Their pizza dough is not super chewy which I love!! The sauce is delicious. & I really appreciate you guys offering vegan cheez. Thank you and keep up the good work. You guys are really the best pizza in town.

I ordered 2 grilled chicken salad’s and an order of Mac and cheese bites. My order was 40+ just for salad I was completely confused, and to top it off they weren’t even good! But they don’t do anything to make sure their customers are happy along with continuing to return which is sad.

I am telling you, don’t walk, run to get any thing with their red sauce. The pasta, homemade lasagna, mozzarella sticks, zuccini sticks, meatball subs, eggplant parm, etc. Literally anything that you use their pasta sauce with, get it. I guarantee it’ll be amazing. They now have VEGAN pizza cheese to accompany their already vegan pizza crust/sauce. They also have vegan cheese slices for the subs, which no one I’ve been to, has done. They also added gluten free Pizza crust and GF SUB ROLLS. Again, no one I’ve been to does the gf rolls! The new owners are highly motivated and take an importance on customer satisfaction. If you haven’t been in awhile or have never tried it, I highly suggest trying the new Mike’s pizza!

We ordered a steak and cheese grinder,deep fried mushrooms and fries with bacon and cheese. The grinder wasn’t bad however we order it with green pepper and mushrooms that we didn’t get. The fried mushrooms were so undercooked the breading fell off. I spent $9.99 for fries with bacon and cheese which I basically got ff with a sprinkle of cheese and maybe 1 slice of bacon torn up and thrown on top. (I watched him do it!) Not worth the calories or money! Won’t be back.

I was just with a friend that went to get their money back. They ordered a large Italian sub and a grilled chicken salad and were charged $29.85. That price is ridiculous and if they had an updated online menu we would have gone elsewhere. My friends salad had no tomatoes and the cucumber was extremely soft and bad tasting and she returned 3/4 of it. She called and the did acknowledge that they served a bad salad and refunded her money. The sub had lettuce, pickle,tomato and onion and they charged per item which all should have been included in the price. They also charged $1.00 credit card fee which usually the establishment covers. For $30 I can goto Applebee’s or 99 and get a decent meal. No one is going to pay that for a quick take home salad and sub. I predict if they don’t make some huge changes they won’t be in business long. Too many other local pizza places that give you better food for less. And yes i would have gone to my regular place tonight but they are closed in mon so I decided to give this place a try. I won’t be back.
