This place absolutely sucked back in 2019, and unfortunately we were forced to come back tonight because all the food trucks were closed early. Service is abysmal, food sucks and everything is overpriced. We waited over 15 minutes to even receive menus and everything went downhill from there. The whole experience took over 2 hours. Awful food all around. Burgers came out cold. Pasta was missing most ingredients and was molten hot in spots and cold in others, and our lava cake was still frozen in the middle. No one came to refill water, clear plates, check back or offer more drinks. Go eat cliff bars in your car before wasting your money here. So bad!

I was a little unsure about coming here because of the reviews but said hell with it after a long morning of fishing. We got seated right away, ordered food and drinks within 10 minutes. Waitress was by herself but did a nice job. Burgers were amazing and zucchini was good. They have beer on tap and wines. It was a good time.

Absolutely terrible service. You walk in, they look at you, don’t greet you, hand you your menus and tell you where to sit. Took 15 minutes of waiting once we sat down to have someone come over. Food was overcooked and dry. Asked for extra dressing when the salad was brought and never got it. Waited 20 minutes for the check until we finally stood up and went to find someone to ask for the check. Other server said our server was distracted. What? Absolutely ridiculous. Then our server comes over and sees half of my salad uneaten and said “oh yeah I forgot to bring you that dressing”. Then she proceeds to tell my husband that now I hate her. We were all disgusted with the service and the food. Hopefully she’ll understand why she didn’t get a tip. Go somewhere else, the Fat Mermaid or the restaurant at The Best Western. McDonald’s would have been better than this place!

The food was edible. However we had family that waited 55 minutes for food because the server forgot to put the order in. My husbands beer was also so foamy he was unable to drink it for almost 30 minutes and the glass was only about 2/3 full. It took almost 45 minutes just to get our drinks and appetizer. We will definitely not be back.

This restaurant was a popular one with a long wait. We couldn’t get a table on day 1 without reservations but came back at 5 pm on another day and were seated promptly. Vegetarian options were limited but tasty. The zucchini fries were great. Tried the beetroot with warm goat cheese, that was delicious too. Great selection of beer and wine. Good service. Check this place out if you are in the beautiful city of Valdez!

WE LOVE OUR SAINT BERNARDS
Very disappointed. It wasn’t very crowed but the service was painful. My friend ordered a salad … didn’t get the dressing she asked for. I ordered a hamburger and it way over cooked, no taste, fries were bland. Took forever to get our check at the end because the waitress was busy with a large table in the back and nobody else to help her out.
