My favorite is the ribs! Not too smoky, tender and moist. Mac n Cheese is creamy and delicious….cause nobody likes an overcooked mushy noodle. The beans and green beans are up there with the best. Staff is always friendly and treats you like family.

Ribs were very dry had no seasoning. Mac and cheese was about as salty as the ocean. Green beans were good though. Another issue I went to go use the bathroom and had to do number 2 and there’s no stall for the toilet and no lock on the door. Some old man came in and just started staring at me while I was trying to use the bathroom as well I asked him to leave and he refused. Service was fast which was a plus.

So I gotta say, if you’re gonna judge this place based on their brisket, you will be disappointed. It is dry and tough and doesn’t hold a candle to the best of central Texas bbq. But their sausage is second to none- absolutely perfect flavoring and tender casing. And their sides are plentiful and delicious. Always a good go-to lunch spot if you’re not looking for brisket!

We just left this place. The worst barbecue and sides I’ve ever had were 10 times better. The staff didn’t seem to know the menu. “Your choice of beef, chicken, ham,sausage”..that means which one do you want !! My husband was questioned extensively and looked at with a puzzled face because he asked for brisket. The sides are unidentifiable by looks and taste. We didn’t know what they were and neither did the staff. The regular plate lunch comes with 3 sides..they only gave my husband 2. I got some sort of okra concoction but the employee couldn’t remeber the name of it. Absoulutly no flavor in anyrhing. We are not local and can’t believe people actually pay money to eat this. Worse than any hospital or school cafeteria ever thought about being. Some sides appeared to be rather crusty. I don’t know who owns this place but you need to check up on things. Your stuff taste terrible and is far from fresh.

The brisket and sausage are very dry. Not even the sauce helped. This restaurant has too many dead animals as decorations. Go to Rosenberg Tx., Witt Pitt Great food every time. They don’t disappoint, the food is never dry and no dead animals anywhere.

Very disappointed paid $5.95 for 2 slice beef sandwiches.I told the lady before she cut the fat off the brisket that I wanted 1 lean and 1 with the fat on it. She cut the fat off the whole brisket then said I already cut all the fat off never offered to get another brisket.Got home the bun was so old it was falling apart!!!Had to take the bun off.The brisket was old and Dry!!! NEVER Again!!!

I don’t know where these people learned to make BBQ, but don’t bother to stop. Chopped beef that I wouldn’t even feed for slop, sliced beef is sketchy, and sausage was edible. I can’t imagine what the slop on the buffet tastes like. I am guessing people that eat here don’t know any better, but they are rude as well. 4 high chairs for the whole restaurant.
