Not a pleasant experience at all. Asked for a custom sushi roll and I was told that the chef would get mad and that the server did not want to upset him. Are you serious? Our entrees took an hour to come out. By the time it did come out, not only was our appetite gone, but our order was wrong!! Another then minutes later, my order came out and my poor wife who was waiting for my food to come out was sitting in front of a cold meal. The part that makes me the most upset is that when I gave them my card to pay the bill, my chase mobile app on my phone notified me that the restaurant swiped my card twice (mind you, 5 minutes apart from each swipe). I sat calmly to hear the excuse – but guess what – they never even mentioned a word. I asked the server after the check was handed to me as to why I was charged twice. He turned white, did not know what to say, and called the manager. The manager proceeds to tell me that the machine is not working and this happens “all the time”. Again, are you serious? They couldn’t even print me a receipt that shows one of the transactions was cancelled / reversed. Now here I am, four days later, with the funds still out of my account. BE CAREFUL – this restaurant will steal your hard earned money, and when you catch them, it will take forever to retrieve it. I will call my bank and file a dispute by tomorrow if my funds are not reversed back to my account. Disgusting and terrible.

We chose to host a gathering of 40 people for our son’s college graduation here and it was exceptional in all ways from the beautiful atmosphere, extensive menu, and impeccable service. The manager, Steve, is a true professional and his staff is remarkable. I highly recommend this restaurant for your next gathering!

My family and I typically enjoy a nice evening out at this restaurant but unfortunately this evening was far from enjoyable. Our order came out late, over an hour to get to our table. When it did come out my dish was cold. The server never came back to ask us how our meal was out to refill our water. When I expressed how disappointed and unhappy we were with the level of service to the manager he gave excuses rather than apologize. His excuse was that there was a very large party and that’s why it took so long. If this is the case I’d hate to see his staff perform on a busy Friday night. I mentioned to him there were other parties that were sat after us and served before us but he continued with excuses. He then proceeded to give me the bill without so much as comping our meal or a meal. It wasn’t until my wife expressed how unhappy she was that the manager then gave us an insulting 15% discount on our dinner over $100

I was brought here for my friend’s 93rd, wonderful place and great atmosphere. They are also very accommodating for the elderly which is good. I know either one of us only have so many of those left in us now, but I’m glad I spent one of those years here. Well worth it!

I love everything about this place. Been here many times and will definitely come back. The only issue I had today was that someone else’s party at our hibachi station was allergic to seafood and eggs. Unfortunately due to her allergy everyone got no eggs in their friend rice. And if you ordered only seafood, it was cooked at the end due to her allergy. Which means you had eggless fried rice served to you in the beginning that just has to sit and go cold while you wait for your proteins and veggies. It just seems like this could’ve been handled better. There was another customer with a gluten allergy who had her order made in the kitchen. Seems like they could’ve done that for both and everyone wins and enjoys their meal. It is what it is.

Ordered over the phone, it was easy and food was ready when they promised it. We got hibachi cooked strip steak and filet mignon. I was pleasantly surprised that our steak was cooked perfectly… especially the filet. It was very tender. We will be going back for a dine in experience.
