My first clue should have been there was empty parking in front of the restaurant. Went there at 5:00 p.m. on a Friday! And hardly any food in the buffet pans . Only one table was occupied. The rest of the restaurant tables were empty Very little to choose from . Desserts are a joke with your small little dish to put their regurgitated pudding. Worker comes over occassionally and stirs it up the pans and never replenishes. It’s a big playground for all the Chinese familt kids running through the restaurant when you’re trying to eat this cold Old food. I went home and had stomach pains all night.

Chose this place because they have sushi. The acoustics in this place are awful. There were screaming crying kids in the back room having temper tantrums and the shrieks we’re going right through us, stressing us out and ruining our experience. This happened on more than one occasion.

We love this place….. It’s delicious, friendly and easy! Sometimes the food is not hot.. not cold either…. But it is always good and filling so we forgive it. It feels relaxing from start to finish ans the staff is so friendly and polite…. plus they dont waste food which is wonderful… If you want good food fast come here!!!!

This is a hidden gem inside of Tamaqua, they have a take out buffet where I can be in and out in 5 minutes. I can feed my family of five for under $20. I really recommend this place for it’s convenience, I have no complaints about the quality of the food either. Cheap, fast, and good food,. I go there usually once a week and don’t plan on stopping.

Walked in with family to check out buffet. Place was beautiful neat and welcoming. However food looked like it’s been sitting. Unattended to for hours. Possibly all day long. The day we went was very slow business. One family there. Couldn’t believe all that probably good food sitting there like that for who knows how long. Mashed potatoes looked like lumped cauloflowers. Unstirred. Not replaced. Just sitting there. Well, we didn’t stay. We’re afraid we’d get sick. Sad because this place is gorgeous inside. 🙁

I’m not a complainer and I’ve never sent food back in my life. I went there with the wife and kid today for lunch. We there there for a total of about 3 mins. He took our drink order, we walked right up and got food (four or five different foods each) and I’m not kidding when I say every food on both plates were cold. We walked up, he said hed microwave them for us, are you kidding me? We said no thank you were just going to leave, mind you our uneaten plates are still on the table literally cold, and he continued to charge us. I am not exaggerating when I say COLD!! Theres no way they have 4.1 stars unless them and family and friends are paid to write good reviews

I’m leaving this review because I decided on going here based on all of the good Google reviews. It was not worth it in my opinion. Barely was a selection and the food was cold by the time I got back to my seat. I’ll give 2 stars because the service was decent and it wasn’t packed, but now I see why.

The sushi and various types of chicken are very delicious. The employees add just the right spice of culture to the establishment. The seating and artwork are excellent. The men’s bathroom works perfectly.The deserts are the best part. The lunch buffet is the best deal. Just be sure to not guzzle down too much soda!

Better if you arrive early. Plenty of seating available. Can do pick up, place an order or chill at the buffet. The buffet is not big but it’s suffice. Food is cooked well. Service is prompt. Family eats there a few times a month. Would like to see some variety from time to time.
