Ordered chicken Manchurian but it hardly had chicken pieces in it. it had mostly vegetables. The portion sizes were way too less in quantity. Look at the quantity of chicken Manchurian.

I visited for the lunch buffet a few months ago during the first week Milan brought this back after three long years without the buffet. The lunch buffet was good but did not have as many options as it used to. I was slightly disappointed.

This is easily the best restaurant in Lynchburg I’ve been to. The lunch buffet is more affordable and has more variety, but don’t let that stop you from going for dinner too. Both are amazing and worth the money. I always get something new and it’s always phenomenal. Always.

The food was AMAZING! The goat was so delicious! As well as the mango chutney! Great service too, with extremely friendly and courteous staff 🙂 10/10 would highly recommend! (Oh, and DEFINITELY get the garlic naan, it was perfect!)

It’s been almost a year since I was here last. Sadly this is the place that turned me on to Indian cuisine. The price goes up and quality goes down. I do recommend the Garlic Naan. It was the only thing on point. The Chicken Tikka Masala was disappointing. I prefer hot or Indian hot and I forgot to ask and the waiter didn’t inquire. It had no heat whatsoever. And the flavor was poor quality. I guess with the covid and economy the little extras are gone too. I had hoped to get the flat bread with the mint chutney but I think that is totally gone or must be ordered. Maybe I’ll stop by in another year and hopefully the quality will get better.

Didn’t refill drinks of my party or ask if I wanted more wine. We ordered 2 garlic and 1 regular naan and they crammed it in one basket. Food was good but not extraordinary. Pretty spendy for meat, gravy and mushrooms in a bowl. No sides included everything ala carte. We passed on the $7 Cesar dinner salad. May check back for lunch buffet.

We ate here on Christmas evening 2021. It had been a few years since we were in the area on Christmas. We usually eat at the owners brothers restaurant the Milan in Charlottesville. The food here was really good, They changed the Lasooni Gobi it wasn’t crispy like before but it was still really good. The peshwari naan and samosa was really good. We also had the Shrimp curry and the Chicken Tikka masala. It was really good but the spice and heat was lacking and we ordered hot. The Garlic naan was good but very little garlic. For our Christmas Indian tradition dinner it was really good. Thanks for being open.

We stopped by for dinner last night and had two appetizers and three meals. Everything was “good“. My husband and I ordered our dishes, “medium”, and our daughter ordered hers mild. Not one of the dishes had ANY semblance of spice in it. So mild you could feed it to a toddler and they’d love it. In every Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to, including the Milan Indian cuisine in Charlottesville, And mini all over the country, if you order it “medium” it is quite spicy, but not enough to make your eyes water. Our dishes were not even considered mild. They were considered non-spicy/zero spice.

0 point out of 10. Disrespectful staff members. People who don’t respect their customer specially kids needs and ask us to get “franchise” at Macdonald.

I would highly recommend Milan Indian Cuisine as it was my first time here and it exceeded my expectations! The location is within a plaza but the inside was very clean and modern with an Indian twist. The food was amazing and they had a wide variety of options from vegetables for vegans to variety of beef and seafood. Listed under the Indian entree names were the ingredients within your meal. The prices are fair and range from around $12 to $20 per entree. Our service was excellent and glasses were always full. It’s Indian authentic decor, aroma, and music made it a unique and better experience!
