Delivery was late. When I called to check on my order I was told that I would have to pick it up. Then was told it had already been picked up for delivery. When it finally arrived it was cold and the bottom of the pizza was wet. Very unsatisfied… will not be ordering again!!!

The pizza is always delicious and the garlic knots are also fresh and tasty. When we want pizza, this is always one of our favorites. Take out or dine in, you can’t go wrong! Friendly staff as well 🙂

The worst experience ever. There was a hair cooked in the pizza. Took the pizza back to the restaurant and they had already closed the register and would not refund today. Have to go back to get a refund the next day. No one even apologized. If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely will not be back.

I’ve been going here for several years and never got pizza. So we decided to try it. Very disappointed. Middle of pizza was soggy, greasy. Toppings fell off the flimsy crust. Also, sauce on pizza and appetizers was extremely SALTY! I had told them on my previous visit that food was too salty. Apparently they don’t think so.

First of all, the dude sitting at the screen I’ll assume entering tickets NEVER acknowledged me . Finally a girl came around the corner eating a cup of ice cream ( apparently this place doesn’t train their employees that it’s a Heath Code violation to eat or drink in the food cooking area.. but considering what happened with their sister location & Toyo, OBVIOUSLY Health Codes aren’t their thing). However, apparently dropping a hotel pan of Pepperoni on the floor, picking it up and putting it ON the pizza I was waiting for IS their policy.

We arrived to get out food we called in 20 minutes earlier. The girl struggled to find our order. We finally found it after a few minutes of back & forth. They tell us it will be another 10-15 minutes so we pay and wait. After about 10 minutes. We proceeded to check on it. We told them the name on our order again. After a few minutes they say oh here it is. Just sitting on the side the entire time. So of course we checked it before we left. The pizza we ordered was wrong & cheese sticks were cold from just sitting around. We also had a 3 meat calzone that had nothing but cottage cheese and few pepperoni. So 2 out of 3 items ordered were wrong and the other was cold!

Be careful! Ordered fried mushrooms and baked stuffed shells. While it was okay it wasn’t great. Then I opened the foil that the garlic rolls were in. Disgusted is an understatement. I took the food back and all the older gentleman could say is the girl wasn’t rotating the rolls. That’s it. The nice young man at the cash register was polite and apologized though.

Definitely not the worst pizza I’ve ever had, but not the best either. Pepperoni Pizza was pretty tasteless and actually, quite salty. Cheesy breadsticks did have a ton of cheese on them. The Delivery driver forgot the ranch unfortunately. If I could do 2 1/2 stars, I would. Decent traveling pizza for the trip back to Ohio from Florida.
