Ordered a italian sub and old bay fries. Food was good. Fries were still nice and hot upon delivery. The sub ingredients were built backwards which i thought was strange. The toppings were put on first and the meat was rolled up and placed on the very top. Never had a sub that way before its like the meat was an after thought. Anyway after i took it apart and rebuilt it with the meat on the bottom it was good. Maybe they have a new employee, not sure. I’m still giving 5 stars because the food was good and the fries were nice and hot.

I have tried reaching out to the manager for two days . I spoke to one of the employees and they informed me that i would receive a call back and never did . I purchased a cheesecake from them and in the middle of me eating it i noticed it was covered in mole , later that night i got really sick and began throwing up and had to visit the ER .The employee that I spoke with didn’t seem to care and brushed me off and I’m very disgusted. 0/10 recommend

I ordered a cheesesteak. It was burnt and there was just a hint of the extras on it like lettuce and tomato. I also ordered a cold cut sub for my mother. It looked like the skimpy subs we got during track & field day in middle school. There six thin slices of meat on it with, yet again, a trace of other toppings.

We legit eat here everyday. I love the food I love the staff. I now have my coworkers ordering them all the time. The delivery drivers are even great. Glad we a pizzeria that cares. I can now stop giving my money to companies with very bad customer service like cough pizzahut.

I saw a few negative reviews so I was hesitant to order from this place. I was waiting for many hours at the emergency vet next door so I didn’t really have many options. The staff inside were very friendly. My order was ready in the exact amount of time they told me it was going to take. I had the chicken parm sandwich. It was extremely delicious. Great bread, good sauce, lots of cheese, chicken was well cooked. I normally don’t leave reviews but I was pleasantly surprised here and I wanted to spread some love.

ordered a special stromboli, which is supposed to have steak, peperoni, sausage, meatball, onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives, mozzarella, and home made marinara. It came with ground beef and olives. How did we go from basically a meat lovers with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and olives, to ground beef and olives. And door dash said “because its the same name, even though the ingredients are wrong, you don’t get a refund.” At this point im tempted to just smear the stromboli on your stores window. Do me just as much good as its doing me now

Decided to order delivery for me and my kids to take a break from cooking. Ordered the food and my kids told me they thought it was nasty after a few bites. I went ahead and ate my cheese steak it wasn’t amazing but I was just hungry. The next day we were all vomiting and sick. I called to speak with someone about it and immediately had attitude thrown my way. He said you should’ve called while you were sick instead. I told him I am 7 months pregnant with two kids I was busy catching throw up and trying not to pass out. When I asked for a refund he told me the manager was 75 miles away and I probably wouldn’t be able to ever catch him on the phone. He said no one there is able to issue a refund or anything. He was very rude inspite of me being polite. I ordered from Milanos because they deliver to Dover Air Force Base. It was a big mistake appearantly they have a bad reputation on base that I didn’t know about until after. Will not be ordering from Milanos again.

They must have changed things. Food use to be decent. Now it’s hard to get my order correct. Ordered a Special Stromboli with extra cheese. Had no cheese and missing ingredients. Not the first time my order was not how I ordered it. They charge you for extra toppings but don’t give you extra toppings. They definitely will he losing a customer.
