Great experience. Authentic food and flavorful. They have a few options on the children’s menu. Pastas, salads, pizza and calzones.

Solid option for Italian food in Georgetown. We’ve always had great service, and I personally love their baked pasta dishes – super cheesy and flavorful. There’s not a ton of seating inside but that rarely is an issue. The only downside is it can be a little pricey. Overall, a good food and a great location!

If you’re looking for a quite Italian restaurant with very nice atmosphere, excellent food and great service, this is the place. Went in for lunch today and had a small thin crust pizza. Best I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will be back.

Update: Finally made it out to Milano Trattoria. Went during lunch time. There were 2 tables leaving so it was only our table of 3 in the restaurant. Waitress took our drink order. She took 10 min to take our appetizer order; Bruschetta Originale, very tasty but the bread was too thick for my taste. They took another 10min to take our entrée order. We finished the appetizer and by that time there were 2 more tables seated. The 3 plates arrived. A Sausage Spaghetti Bolognese, a shrimp dish and a veal dish. By that time another 2 tables were seated. My order was wrong so I sent my food back. Took about 15-20min to get my plate. Kept asking for bread. Bread was good. Nothing outstanding. My food arrived it was good but nothing special. My Italian Food places used to gauge are: Mandola’s in Austin, home cooked Italian food from a friend’s mom, Fresco Cucina Italiana in Orlando, Vespaio Restaurant in Austin. I ate at Gino’s in Round Rock (Good food but the service sucks here too.)

This is my go to Italian restaurant. Have been several times tried diffent meals always above average. Had the Supreme pizza very good. Had the special Italian Paella also very good. Meat lasagna very good. Always start with the mussels as an appetizer they never disappoint. Love the fresh baked bread. Portion are good size. The service always friendly and prompt.

Milano Trattoria in Georgetown, next to Best Buy, had pretty good Italian dishes. The service was great but 4 stars given because the app (bruschetta) and dessert (Zabaglione) weren’t the greatest. The dessert was a custard that hadn’t really sat properly. The Italian Flag Farfalle had good flavor to it; I’d get it again.

Hands down my all new favorite Italian restaurant. Such great service. The server was patient with my questions about vegetarian & the owner even came over & gave me suggestions and custom made a dish for me. I could see how they regularly make rounds & check in on all the customers making sure everyone is satisfied. Love that all the pastas are made in house. Everything was so flavorful & fresh with a warm environment. Will definitely be coming back with my family & spreading the word to my friends. !!! 🙂 And great location by all the shopping as well.

Update: Family went last night. Worst service I received ever. Chicken was tough and no one liked their food. This place has gone down hill.

Incredibly disappointing, for every dish my family ordered we received soupy bland nonsense. Every dish had overcooked protein … not just a little bit, but inedible. I have never walked away angry from a dining experience, and can be very forgiving. The calamari I added was so rubbery and hard to chew it literally had me gagging at the table. I’m angry at the price paid for this experience and will surely evangelize to anyone within earshot to never ever eat here.

We went on Mothers day 8 in our party. Service was good but one dish did not come out complete and another plate wasn’t served until 20 minutes after everyone else got their plates. No apologies or discount or even free dessert offered. That is not a good restaurant policy. But for 2 people having dinner, we have always enjoyed Milano Trattoria.
