First time trying Milano’s and very pleased with my decision to order the Chicken Parm Pizza. It was excellent! Their crust is thin and the corn meal used gives it a great crispiness. Sauce was tasty and the chicken cutlet was delicious. Will be coming back to try some of their other offerings.

We ordered from here every Friday night for the last 6 months. The quality of the ingredients especially real cheese and perfectly cooked crust plus a personable owner are what makes this place great. We’re so lucky we live close to a real pizza place.

Probably the worst steak sandwich I’ve ever had (even school ones) as it consisted all of burnt meat, practically inedible. Good thing there wasn’t much of it. My first and last visit here with so many other places around.

We have ordered from here 6 times. The 1st 2 times the orders were correct and delicious. The past 4 times, every order was wrong from missing items to getting the order so completely wrong that we wondered if we received someone else’s order. When they fixed the incorrect items, we were left waiting an addition 45 mins-1 hour to get correct orders. We continued to give the benefit of a doubt and still ordered from here, but never was there an apology or even a token of incentive to give them an other try (such as even 10% off next order). Tonight was our last time ordering from here. We wish them well on their business and hope they get their place better organized. Such a shame as their food is pretty good, but their customer service and ability to deliver 2 basic pizzas correctly is unacceptable.

This was my second and last time getting Milano’s. No pizza is better than cold uncut pizza. I literally got my order and it was like they didn’t even bother to use one of those thermal pizza delivery bags. I literally live a mile and a half away and the pizza was late. I wouldn’t care that much about the pizza being late…. but LATE, COLD, AND UNCUT??? They didn’t even attempt to do their jobs.

Our new takeout pizza place in Scituate. If you are sick of overpriced mediocre pizza, give Milano’s a try. Excellent thin crust pizza and great dinners. I had the chicken cutlet over ziti and not only was it good but there was enough for 2 people (although I confess that I finished it). We will be back.
