They use a company called slice who takes payments. They advertise on their menu certain items and charge you the amount only to find out once you get it that they have reduced the quantity. Also, instead of the manager making it right because of their internal fault, they tell you to reach our to their third party payer to explain and hope you get your money back. How unfair is this for the customer. Poor customer service. Don’t order online.

First time going here. There was so much seasoning on the fries that I couldn’t taste the fries. The pizza tasted old so I don’t know if the dough was old and it was in the shape of an egg. The lady said it wouldn’t stretch out for some reason. Then to top it off there were kids running around.

Nasty People smoking weed and delivering for door dash delivered our pizza half eaten to us. ABSOLUTELY scum people but thank God Milanos are awesome people to make it right. Still best pizza in the area I’m furious about this but Milanos handled this perfectly and I will be a life long customer!!!!

I ordered over the phone, a large pepperoni pizza. My son mumbles in the background ‘I don’t want pepperonis!’ Our pizza gets here in less than 20 minutes, & there’s a single slice with no pepperoni on it! This place is awesome, foods delicious, & staff is always friendly.

My husband brought me here for the first time tonight. He has been there many times after getting his hair cut at the Delmar barbershop next door. I ordered a small Philly cheese steak. It came out and it was huge. It was so stuffed with meat and all the fixings. Hubby was right. This was the best cheese steak I ever had. The prices can’t be beat. I will most definitely be a returning customer.
