I was told that this place has a cockroach problem to not eat there but rumors go around so I figured I’d give it a shot myself and went yesterday and the food was very good the waitress she was very sweet but I don’t think she’s ever waitress before and there was a cockroach literally crawling up the wall right next to the bench that we were sitting in so that ruined the whole dinner. I quietly let the waitress know about the incident and she went back and told somebody in the back and they said to come tell me that they sprayed that morning that’s why they were all running around. Was just very disappointing we really enjoyed the food but we won’t be back because of the roaches.

29OCT22 – Stopped in here for lunch. I had the Milano burger and my wife had the Gyro. The burger was awesome, perfectly done, juicy and the fries were delicious. My wife said the gyro and fries were perfect too .

The food okay but the service was slow and we had to keep asking for drinks, napkins and other condiments , we got no refills . The Gyros we wanted, they didn’t had and we got informed almost one hour of waiting for the food. We choose than to have Burgers instead, I eat my Cheeseburger when finally my husband got his food , because they mixed up the order ? We got there around 1 pm on Monday and left around 2:40. It was not particularly busy so there was no real reason for it taking over an hour to get our food.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza with bacon , sausage , pepperoni and ground beef . I was expecting more meat on a meat lovers pizza . I called and they said to come in next day and they would comp me a small pizza . I was satisfied with that . Called next day to get my small pizza and they told me they would not honor that and my pizza was made correct .

The service sucked. They were out of 2 things I ordered even though it was advertised on 2 different signs. They couldn’t figure out how to ring up the check and no toilet paper in the handicap stall. Poor poor poor quality

EVERY time i visit Milano’s Resteraunt I leave full and happy, WITH LEFTOVERS!!! the prices may seem a little high for some of the items but, in my opinion, you get more than what you pay for. The pasta is excellent, the subs are amazing, and the service is astounding. Milano’s NEVER lets me down. 🙂
