I have never had a good experience at this restaurant. Once I ordered chicken alfredo and they gave me chicken parm. When I said it wasn’t what I ordered, they were rude and told me that’s what they made me. On another occasion, I went for lunch, wanted tea and when I got “tea” from the urn it was clear like water. When I mentioned it to the lady there, she told me it was tea, I showed her that it was clear and was water, she told me it was tea. It was literally in a clear glass and there was NO color to it at all. Save yourself the trouble, just avoid.

Milano’s is definitely our favorite Italian restaurant in the area! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is always very friendly. They have the best freshly made bread served before your meal. For entrees, we’ve had the Chicken Parmesiana, Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo, and several pizzas, and it has all been incredible!

We walked in and my wife asked if the menus was in the chalk board the guy behind the counter started yelling “EXCUSE ME” at least 4 time. We have never been so disappointed in a place before. It used to be our favorite spot to eat but that was about 10 years ago.
