A small cafe with a large seating area both inside and outside on the deck. If you have dietary restrictions such as gluten-free or vegan, there are little to no options. Bring your own lunch. There are a couple vegetarian options available. My son enjoyed his cubs meal with chicken tenders and fries. Meals are on the pricier end.

Great place to eat at Grandfather Mountain. They have plenty of room and honestly the food was reasonably priced and served fast. I was sure I was going to have to drop $50 but only spent $35 for me, my wife, and a meal split by my two older kiddos including drinks. Check it out the next time you are at Grandfather Mountain.

Wow! This is not like any other park restaurant. This place has REALLY GOOD FOOD! when I ordered the ham and cheese sandwich, I was hoping for something that was at least edible. What I got on my tray was one of the best sandwiches I’d had in a long time. The fries were crispy and tasty! It’s always a rule of thumb to pack a picnic lunch at parks, but do yourself a favor and when at Grandfather, EAT AT MILDRED’S ❤️

Food was fine but expensive. Also after we had lunch. The computers went down and they couldn’t serve anyone else. Highly recommend taking a picnic lunch when you visit Grandfather Mountain Park.
