It breaks my heart leaving this review, but I have waited long enough and given enough chances. I ordered for 12pm delivery and it didn’t arrive until almost 12:50pm. I placed the order at 9:35am. I got a call at 12:15 but was unable to answer it. Called back and was told my order would be late. This has happened on more than one occasion. Most of the staff I have interacted with have been super nice, but just be warned, you probably don’t want to bother with delivery.

So happy to have a new option in town! Tried delivery from them. Got my wrap, and it was perfect! Filled with great fresh veggies, chicken, and bacon. My little one got a cute lil sub, milk, and an applesauce. It must have been good, because it was sure gone quick! Cookies were good. Everything was just as it should be if you had gone to any other Milo’s. The delivery lady was super nice, and friendly. Great first experience with the new store!

I have never been to a Milio’s and these restaurants are similar to a Jimmy John’s (except all the distracting signs in there stores.) Staff was very friendly restaurant is very clean, and my sandwich was . I even got a free cookie for my wait, and their cookies are huge!

Food was ok as all ways, but I am pretty sure my food was delivered by a clown wearing green make up with green hair and long pointy green finger nails. Some one needs to have a discussion with thier staff on what’s appropriate work attire and looking presentable. I get people try to express themselves which is fine but this was just down right creepy and grungy, specially for being a food delivery driver. I still tipped them but I wont be ordering delivery again while the circus is in town.

Amazing sandwhiches and have had amazing experiences at Madison WI locations. I’m from Illinois so when I come here, it’s a hike. I came to this location today… to a sandwich shop… for them to have no bread. Was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Asked them if they could make it on the bread loafs they were selling and they said no. Hopefully they get it together to keep business.

I have had SO many issues with ordering food for delivery from here. It is very rare that my orders are ever actually correct. But this last experience really tops them all. After putting in my order for delivery(mind you I only live about 7 blocks away) at 2:35…I was told my order world arrive at 3:12. Now, 40mins for a sub 7blocks away seems like quite the long wait, but it’s cold out and I was hungry so I can deal. But after waiting till 4:22, I have finally given up all hope that my dinner will ever arrive. This is positively pathetic customer service.
