I don’t do this normally at all, but I’m not kidding or exaggerating when I say I have tried this place on four different occasions now and they have messed up my order every single time, but I kept coming back and giving them another chance, because how can you possible mess up an order 4 seperate times? Each time it was something different from forgetting simple things like the chips I ordered and paid for, to entire sandwiches being made wrong or missing after I paid for it. I don’t even like writing bad reviews but this was crazy.

My sandwich tasted really good and bread was soft. My biggest complaint is the worker who made my sandwich wore the same pair of torn plastic gloves the entire time we were there. Walking out of site into the storage area, touching all sorts of stuff behind the counter that wouldn’t be sanitary, and then back to the sandwich station with same gloves on and proceeded to make my sandwich. I was so grossed out. My wife then observed him go outside and out of site for a couple of minutes and then come back in obviously touching the door handle that has god knows what on it! And what did he touch outside?!? And he was making some sandwiches with those same cheap, torn, .02¢ a pair gloves when we walked out. Repulsive!! I hope owner/manager sees this and says something to workers. I cannot go back after seeing this. Workers should be putting on a fresh pair of gloves in front of people every time they return to the sandwich station, IMO. It also ended up being pretty expensive for just 2 subs and only one being a meal. Almost $30 with leaving them a small tip which it prompts you to leave when checking out. I was a little sticker shocked.

Bought chips on app/site shown as 1.75 ounce bag for 1.89, was given a 1 ounce snack bag that costs .25 cents at any grocery store. When did they start switching out to snack size bags in lieu of what is advertised? Ridiculous but don’t like being deceived and over charged . Plus, they were crushed so was potato dust for 1.89. Will go to another sub shop.

We were so excited to have it for the first time since they’ve been back and we had it tonight, great service but the bread was literally hard as a rock, I legit could have knocked somebody out with my sandwich. All three sandwiches were like that. Hopefully we’ll have better luck next time!

The delivery service is 10/10 awful. The explanation of why my two sandwiches are taking more than an hour to deliver is because they are running out of bread. Unbelievable. I strongly don’t recommend ordering delivery.

I was excited to have a milios in Stoughton! Then I actually went and tried the food. Barely any meat, lettuce, sauce, or seasonings. However, they did add a generous serving of onions for some reason. Bread was also clearly way too old, and there was far more bread than anything else. Didn’t even eat the 2 sandwiches I ordered.
