Had the lunch buffet. Chicken or turkey, whatever it was supposed to be definitely came from a can. Back dining room smells like cats. I’ll pass.

My first visit had Philly Steak and it was awesome. Second visit had grilled Chicken Caesar salad I don’t what the meat was but it didn’t look or taste like chicken. No croutons either. Wouldn’t recommend it. Restaurant could also be cleaner.

The greeter actually looked past me to seat a gentleman that clearly came in after me. It wasn’t until I looked her in her face that she addressed me then did how many people and I said 2 she said okay you can follow me. However our waitress was wonderful.

Live band (on the night we went – Saturday) was pretty good! The crowd seemed to enjoy it, and they played mostly well known songs. The food was good and our waitress was very nice. It was a good date night.

3/10 never again. Our waiter was very rude, no customer service. She even took the cup right out of my hand. We were the only ones in there practically and still no one spoke or made my family and I feel welcomed. The waitress got my Husbands order wrong twice and gave him a prime rib instead of the cut he desired, my Alfredo was terrible with jar sauce. The fried shrimp for our daughter was the only thing edible. I can see why the parking lot was empty.

The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. There was an order of very watery, lumpy, and unseasoned dip ordered and sent back. The owner rudely stated that since we ordered it the dip that was untouched needed to be payed for because she didn’t want to eat it herself. The check wasn’t the issue but the way she carried herself as an owner was extremely unprofessional and will certainly cause me to not return. We certainly see why the parking lot is always empty!

I GAVE IT A 3 STAR BECAUSE THE SEA SCOLLOPS ARE NOT REAL SCALLOPS. I WISH PLACES LIKE THIS WOULD SAY ON THE MENU THAT THEY ARE IMITATION. HAD THE FRIED GREEN TOMATO APPETIZER WHICH WAS GOOD, AND THE SALAD BAR WAS FRESH WITH A NICE SELECTION. OUR SERVER WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND DEFINITELY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHICH WAS IMPRESSIVE. I WILL GO BACK AGAIN JUST PASS ON THE SCOLLOPS.

I have eaten at Mill Street Grill several times and each time I have really enjoyed the food. Customer service is great! A little patience required for seating , that’s expected when the whole town of manning is there, and that alone tells you how great the place is!! Friendly atmosphere! The place has good food and I know they are busy on a Friday but the thing is they should be prepared, in others words when I and my family got there there was 2 families in front of us they had been there over 20 minutes and no one checked them in and a girl came by one of the families there and said they will be right with them took no names nothibg! So first of all when patrons come in you acknowledge them, I stood there myself almost 20 minutes nobody even came to tell me how long it would be or to take my name down. The other entrance there were 2 employees by the cash register never once even looked our way. I understand it’s a small town I lived here 24 years and I don’t mind waiting but please atleast acknowledge your customers the main reason your in buisness, again they have good food and I’m fine with waiting but felt ignored and that is unprofessional please do better!
