I had my birthday dinner here with my family. I ordered Osso Bucco, and honestly, that’s the best I’ve ever had. My husband had prime rib, which was tonight special, 12 oz medium rare, which was just right. My other family had the same but had it medium, which was unfortunately too well cooked. She was a bit disappointed though. On the whole, it was a good experience here, and it wasn’t too noisy too.

I showed the waiters the uncooked food and they took my uncooked onion rings and the manager refried one and brought one broken onion ring back to me. This place was a nightmare. All of my food came out wrong too. But the manager did waive my whole order because he knew it was just wrong. My wife had to go off once my kindness got me nowhere over here. They must have thought it was a joke because I came with a friend that works there but they definitely took advantage of the situation. I was going to pay the check because it was her son’s birthday. This broke my heart. My wife said to the manager “if it was a different customer you would have never done us like this” he didn’t say anything but that we don’t have to pay the order. He knew it was wrong. I still insisted on paying but he ignored me while I kept trying to tell him ill pay but he just walked back to the kitchen. Not cool

First time here and it was pretty nice until seeing dogs inside. Dogs should only be allowed in outside areas. Eating and animals don’t go together in public places. As far as food I enjoyed although fries weren’t as hot and a bit salty. The egg rolls were great very fresh and hot. Top it all off with a cool refreshing martini.

The cajun blackened chicken pasta was wonderful. I received my food promptly and piping hot. My waitress was very attentive during the entire visit. However, the cleanliness of the glass windows and my menu makes me question overall cleanliness.

Been coming here for years and the only complaint I have is that it’s not located closer to where I live. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and relatively cheap drinks. What more can you ask for. Shout out to all the bartenders that continuously put up with me (especially Mary) with a smile on their face.

Ordered chicken wings from this location for delivery from this location and their customer service was atrocious. They hung up on me twice and did not address my concern. When you order from their website, the food gets delivered via UberEats and so when you contact them about an order issue, they tell you they are unable to assist you because you ordered via a 3rd party. This is patently false. I’ve eaten medium wings at Miller’s Ale House in other cities and they never are as dry as seen in this photo. This store location asked that I come to the store to prove that the wings were not delivered as ordered. After politely letting them know that driving to the store was not an option; I said that I would text them a photo of the wings as proof. They hung up on me. This is grotesque and unprofessional and I will not be ordering from this location again.
