Kiara is a wonderful, friendly and prompt server. She is one of the longest employed staff members at the Brandon location. We always look forward to seeing her and have confidence in the food when we visit. The Thursday prime rib special is always a great choice. The Capt Jack ice cream desert is a delicious treat. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. A great place to watch your teams play all year round. *I had the steak and shrimp dinner tonight.

Been eating here for 3 years, at this specific location. Ordering a mountain melt every time. Always been great. They tried to slip in these little slivers of bread with a little chicken in it and Francisco, the manager, felt as though nothing was wrong and continued to try and convince me that this is what it’s supposed to look like. Terrible management. Terrible way to handle a customer complaint

Always an amazing experience coming here, the food is always super good. Our waiter tonight Tasha was awesome. Loved her personality and I always love it when a waiter can have fun and make you laugh, it really makes for a nice visit. For sure will be continuing to come back.

Bad food, they took time and it was empty, they brought me my plate and something was missing, they brought it to me 25 minutes after they gave me the plate. I told the manager I don’t want it. It takes a long time and I don’t want the dish. I tried 2 shrimp and the food has no flavor at all. The manager tells me ok I’ll take it, I’ll discount it and then I’ll charge it, I mean, I stole my food .

I visited this location in Tampa Brandon several times because I really enjoyed the food. Good food, portions, staff. Quick service. Relaxed atmosphere. Suitable for a group or a single traveler. Burgers, fish and chips, fajitas, steak, salads all very good.

I called to place a curbside order and was automatically sent to a call center where it was difficult to understand what the rep was saying, because of her heavy Asain dialect. She advised that I would receive an email to use once I got to curbside. Well, I NEVER received an email. I called back and they advised now to call the restaurant directly and push 8, because they couldn’t help me. Now, this meant that I had to get out the car to actually go inside(which is exactly what I was trying to avoid). After a wait, I asked the guy for a manager. First time at a Miller’s Ale House, and last time to visit. Poor service and my followers know I usually have good things to say. It might not be a raving review, but positive feedback. I am not a demanding or rude person. I know how hard it is to serve people. We got seated by the hostess right away. Our waitress showed up to do our drink order about 5 minutes later. Mind you there were maybe 20 people in the restaurant. She brought the wife’s tea, and 10 plus minutes later my beer that the bartender forgot. Our food was quick to come out, and was good. Not anything special. Our waitress didn’t check on us for refills. We never saw her till she was looking to give us our check. We are just disappointed.

Went to dinner with the family after back to school shopping. Our waitress Camilla, was so nice and helpful with menu suggestions and made the kids smile, as well as us after a long day!!! We were never without full drinks even after our food arrived. Lots of choices and good value, and large portions. Good desserts too! All the staff is so friendly 🙂
