Miller’s is a great dining addition to the intersection of Collier and Tamiami. We’ve been here twice and both times it was great. Their burgers are delicious. Tried the steak and shrimp special recently and the steak was cooked perfectly, not overdone at all. Our server, Maddy, was excellent. They also have a great selection of beers too.

In the ten years we have been living in Naples this was the worst meal we ever had. We were seated promptly. Then we waited fifteen minutes before a server came. Then another fifteen to get drinks. Our server was aloof. Then when we finally ordered apps they came staggered. First a salad came then another ten minutes the zingers came which were horrible. Then another salad came that we didn’t order. We ordered a cheeseburger, French dip and grilled chicken sandwich. Cheeseburger was like a high school burger. Ate half. Not good. Fries cold and overcooked. French dip. Or should I say salty dip. Not good and onions not cooked. Fries bad. The grilled chicken sandwich was the only gd part of the meal. A young woman manager came by. We voiced our displeasure. Never saw her again. Must be a runner. When things are bad they run away. The lack of training is noticeable. To make matters worse one of the male severs not our server came by with a drink with no lime and when told he was very disrespectful and said an off color comment. He’s lucky we held our composure. He should not be in the hospitality business. So all in all it was a horrible dining experience. Not the Naples way.

Just had the best meal with friends! Our waitress, Christine, was friendly, courteous and right on top of things. She was exceptional. Especially with us being an “older” group of gals that kept needing this or that. It’s been awhile since I’ve experienced such great service with a smile.

I went to Miller’s last Friday night with a large party of 11. They were able to accommodate us without any difficulty. Our waitress, Jaime was amazing. Super friendly, patient, and on top of any request. There were so many options on the menu for any type of preference and all of the food tasted great and best of all was reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend
