I have loved coming to this place since I was a kid. We come back to visit with family and had to go. We had a big order and were so excited to eat. Then when we got there we saw the sign of cash only. Since we are from out of town it would not be easy to get cash quickly and cheaply. So we had to drive away. I love the old school feeling, but they need to get into the 21st century and take credit cards. I know it is more expensive for them, but I wonder how much money they miss out on like us.

The ONLY reason 4 stars is because they accept cash only which, in a world quickly going digital only, seems bad for business. Other than that, i love the food and service here. They even have car hops! I highly recommend their house made root beer and shredded chicken!

It’s open for take out, pickup, or car hop. My order came speedily, accurately, and at the proper temperature. The carhop young lady was so nice, friendly, and cordial. I would return any time. A good thumbs up! You must pay in cash only.

We like the burgers and hot dogs with everything sauce. Root beer is great. Maybe a tad pricey for what you get. Skip the fries and get the onion rings instead. Bring cash because they dont take cards and get there before 3pm.

Always good food. Always great service. Hate to see them close for the winter. Luckily we made it in on the last day they were open. Have to love a small town diner. One day I ordered food and didnt have enough cash on me. They let me eat the food and promise to bring back the cash one day when I was out and about. Obviously when I left I went right to bank and took money back but that was an amazing gesture from them 🙂
