Have been wanting to try out their pizza for a while. Was not disappointed. Started with 2 cocktails, a Sazerac and Huckleberry lemon drop, and both were delicious. Appetizers were the Burrata and the Olive plate again very tasty. I would have taken more of the balsamic reduction on the arugula, but I am not complaining. We split a large pizza with jalapeños, pineapple and Canadian bacon. I had to take some of the peppers off they were almost overpowering. Despite this the pizza was delicious. We then finished with the Pizookie-pizza crust with chocolate in a small cast iron skillet covered with vanilla ice cream. Yummy. All in all a delightfully delicious experience. Our server was very attentive and helpful.

Ok if you really want to have a sit down place and have a nice dinner or appetizers then this is the place to go to. Small yet elegant and delicious. That crust and homemade marinara is bomb! Also the old fashioned made here is of the best I’ve had. Customer service is great!

Their pizza is fine, the toppings in particular. Crust tends to be a little tough for my liking. Nice ambiance especially since the remodel. However their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We purchased 3 pizzas for carry out and realized after getting them home that one was completely missing all the toppings except cheese. Because it takes so long for the pizzas to be made, we decided to eat the other two while they were still warm and return the incorrectly made one after. By the time we took it back, it was cold. They wouldn’t refund us for the pizza and offered to either remake the pizza (which we declined because they were so busy and we didn’t want to wait around the 30-60+ minutes that it has always taken for them to make our pizza) or just throw some toppings on. We went with the latter option. And we will not ever return. If this were the first time we’d had an issue, I’d give them another chance. But it’s literally every time. We prefer to support our neighborhood businesses, but this one has lost our business through their poor customer service.

I was very disappointed by this pizza. Mine was served cold and my partners calzone was luke warm with marinara right out of the fridge. There were only 3 other tables besides us. There was a lack of any seasoning. Just salt and pepper would have helped. The drinks were expensive and didn’t taste as good as they cost.

Food was on point with crisp wood fired pizza and fresh salads. The bar area was especially fun with a cool vibe, great drinks, and friendly service. Great place for families or a date night (we’ve done both!)

Even though I’m giving it 3 stars for everything, I still had a really nice time. The pizza crust was overcooked and brittle, we didn’t get the bread we’d ordered until after we’d gotten our pizza, and it was kinda loud. However, the house red, my Tacoma Sour cocktail, and the chili olive oil for dipping were all delicious and I really liked our waitress a lot. It’s definitely fine for a neighborhood place and I will go back to give it another shot.

Sorry – this pizza was rough to eat. We ordered two pizzas to try out since it was our first time ordering here. The wild mushroom pizza (w/ sausage) had way too much lemon and it overpowered all flavors. The regular cheese pizza was okay, but we were expecting better. Europa was definitely preferred, but maybe they’ll improve at Millhouse. Until then, you’re better off going with a big chain that will be equally OK but cheaper.

If Millhouse had some growing pains their first few weeks, I definitely think they’ve established themselves now. I went twice this week. I’ve had the chop salad, the caprese salad with chicken, the margarita pizza, and their signature gin and tonic. The salads were generous, the pizza was a classic “brick oven” style, and the drink was very reasonably priced. I’m glad to have pizza in Proctor AND to finally have a nice cocktail bar! I’ll definitely be using Millhouse as my neighborhood bar from now on.

What a great brunch! The breakfast pizzas were tasty, but the big winner was the chorizo breakfast sandwich on focaccia. It’s huge! High quality food in a really nice place, and it was not busy when we arrived Sunday morning.

Been to both sides now – bar side (great for a date night!) and the family side (perfect for family/friends dinner out). For the adults who drink, don’t worry, beer is available on both sides. For my gluten free friends you MUST try their *house made* gluten free crust – it is aaaamazing!! Even the non afflicted like it! NOTE: It is *not* a dedicated kitchen so those more sensitive (celiac) just be aware. It is just so rare to find a house made gf crust though, so I had to come on here and show some love! ❤️ Ordered the 8” veggie pizza add burratta and had the pub cheese plate to start(see pictures). Oh! And the harissa on the appetizer, so good I wanted to take a pint of it home! Anyway, the bar atmosphere is cozy and inviting while the “family” side is bright and welcoming. It is a small spot so plan ahead or stop in on an off day to have your pick of the seats ;). Really can’t go wrong here – so happy this place opened up! Welcome to Tacoma Millhouse ❤️❤️❤️
