Staff is not being managed and is lazy. They are actually sitting on the floor and counters in the kitchen where food is prepared. They never once, without being asked cleaned used dishes, like appetizer dishes, off the table. Atmosphere is nice solid 5 for sports type establishment, food is a solid 3ish.

Negative staff. We went into Millstone on Friday, June 2nd to enjoy a little lunch date. We hear the bartender and waitress talking bad about a customer. The staff would have gotten a better tip if they didn’t talk bad about a customer saying “she has to be on drugs” that behavior should not be allowed. The bartender said “she was so scary” as if she had to serve her. We didn’t appreciate the negative talk from workers about customers. Especially the simple fact the staff spoke about said customer at the table next to us the customer sat at. Those actions were completely unwanted. We paid $37.42 where the only tip the business got was our change out of $40. Very unacceptable behavior.

Ordered lunch just now. I ordered a sandwich and my hubby ordered the cheeseburger pizza, which we have ordered many times. They brought out the meal and there was no ground beef on the pizza. The waitress said she was sure there was. Ummm, nope, no ground beef. So she said she would ask in the back what happened. Come to find out they didn’t have any ground beef so couldn’t even make that pizza. Why weren’t we told that when we ordered? Even if she took the order, why didn’t the people making this food, tell her so we could have decided what to do. So they said they would with make us something new or take it back. I asked if they would then just throw it away if they took it back. Yep! That’s what happened. What a total waste of food! We did get the pizza taken off our bill. But with the sandwich that I didn’t eat because my hubby would have just sat watching me, we still paid over $33.00 for the over cooked fried dill pickles(abt $13.00), the two sodas ($6.00) that we didn’t even refill, and the sandwich (abt $14.00) , it was a complete waste of our time. Poor form Millstone, really poor form. My hubby probably tipped as it wasn’t the waitress’s fault. She was kind. But I doubt I’ll go back anytime soon. Waste of my time. They should have comp’t the entire meal! Or at least given us the pizza instead of thrown it out, so I could have given it to the homeless guy that sits on the side of the road by Byron. I at least would have felt better about my day!

This was a fantastic place to eat! Even the high chairs were quite clean. Hailey, our server, was very friendly and helpful. All of the servers we saw wore masks. My wife has Celiac, so we were worried about the taste of the gluten-free bun on her burger, but she absolutely loved it! I come here in business trips occasionally and will definitely be stopping for their incredible Cherry-O Pie!

This was a fun place to eat. The pizza was pretty average but still good. They had good service, especially for our big group with lots of kids. They were very accommodating. There is also an arcade room in the back with lots of fun games and the kids loved it. The only thing I didn’t really like was the lighting. It was too dark where we were eating. Otherwise it was a nice place to take our kids to eat.
