very nice (sometimes) staff but they just can’t seem to get it right. our sandwiches are always correct but every time i come through something is off. either they forgot the sauce, gave us the wrong drinks, or our fries are undercooked. oh and the sweet tea is mixed too strong usually, tastes like syrup so having MILOS TEA at MILOS is not an option for us. this location is pretty underwhelming for the price.

An order of fries seems to be shrinking but not the price of a mega meal. I’m not sure what’s going on and not just this location, but all Milo’s locations burgers have been lacking since they stopped leaving that extra little piece of meat on the bun with the burger. I still love Milo’s, but I think it’s more for sauce nowadays. Something seemed to have changed with meat several years ago.

Took 30 minutes to get food. 3 different orders came and went after we arrived. The food was cold, so it was obviously made and sat aside and our number was never called, then the person who responded to me smirked and gave no excuse or apology. No offer to remake our food so it was fresh. No offer of any kind to make their mistake correct. Very disappointed in this fast food restaurant in Clanton.

Read many of the complaints and almost didn’t try it. I can shoot many of them down, my order was right, my food was hot , the fries were fresh and hot and my order was brought out to me in under four minutes (I timed it) something different in the hamburger market, only wish there was a easier way for truck drivers from the fuel stop to get over here. Very good experience and goes to prove some people just ain’t happy with nothing and want everyone to know it. Good job Milo’s
