Quick and informative staff, cute and comfortable inside, calm music, and AMAZING food! Went to BaoBao and the entire experience was very disappointing, meanwhile at Mimi’s we were serviced immediately with helpful tips from the cashier. Very calm and inviting atmosphere, interesting design that leaves you curious. Definitely a 10/10, going to come back.

Lovely customer service!! The service was fast and everything came hot & fresh! We got shrimp tempura rolls a Greensboro roll (this roll is so good), some spring rolls, and two hibachi plates. One with rice veggies, steak and chicken. Another with noodles veggies, steak, shrimp and chicken. All served with white sauce and soy sauce. The prices are very reasonable and we will definitely be back. The rice was a little on the drier side but combined with everything it was still good.

Food is bomb, vibe is like a ma & pop kitchen. Only downfall is it isnt a sit-in friendly environment due to a bunch of Amazon randomness. But despite the clutter, the FOOD IS GREAT!

Just had dinner with my wife she’s been there a few times in the past and today she said the experience was rude and the environment looked a little distasteful she went against the grain anyways and grabbed food and it matched the environment so we will not be eating here again if a half a star was an option we would definitely click that

I have been ordering from this place for YEARS. This restaurant has been consistent in their food. I normally get hibachi vegetables or salmon. I have never been disappointed with either entree. The volcano roll or the shrimp tempura roll are my favorite two sushi dishes. I have a tendency to stick with what I like, but I’m sure their other sushi dishes are fine. The portion sizes are reasonable for the price you pay. Customer service has always been friendly. I swear this is the ONLY restaurant I still call and order food from. The reason is because I can make specific request that I may not be able to do on apps. They have never got my order wrong. I have tried other Japanese restaurants in the Greensboro area because I love Japanese food in general, but I always come back to Mimi Kitchen. No restaurant is the best I ever had, but this place satisfies my tummy and pockets.

Quick service, but the quality and freshness of food was not there. It was my first and last time getting sushi from there. I got two rolls and they did not taste fresh at all. I could barely eat it. After three bites I had to throw it out.
