We are the yellow food truck located in Start on Highway 80, nestled between Free Life Nutrition and Southern Roots Salon, across the street from Start Mart. We offer homecooked daily lunch and supper specials as well as half pound burgers, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, and fries. We change our menu up every week so that our community doesn’t get tired of the same ol same. Swing by Mimi’s and get your belly full.

There’s no picture because the food is SO good that I just dig right in as soon as I get a plate! I just moved into the area and I wanted to try it out and I absolutely LOVED IT! Definitely going back. I love how they post the menus on their Facebook so I can check in to see what I’ll be having for supper. The people are really nice and that’s a plus! ❤️ Also, you can’t beat the price, really good food for a good price.
