A must must repeat! New menu. Gorgeous. Delicious. Perfect service. Environment is beautiful and comfortable. Locals and visitors equally enjoying the bounty of Mimo @ the Four Seasons. What a gift to downtown Nashville!

Our dinner at Mimo was wonderful! The food was interesting/unique, flavors were great, and service was excellent. We had a nice booth looking straight into the kitchen, where everything appeared to be cool calm and collected all night. The octopus potato salad was a surprising flavor combo that I would definitely get again. The fish of the day was a Chilean seabass and it was cooked perfectly. I had the clam pasta which was a hearty portion and really full of clams, whereas sometimes others don’t put many clams in that dish. The only part I would not necessarily recommend was the atmosphere, it wasn’t really anything special and I did feel like I was dining in a hotel lobby restaurant. Otherwise, excellent! As locals though, there are just too many restaurants to try, so we probably won’t go back there again soon, but it is definitely on the good list for the future.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Mimo! We started with cocktails that were both delicious. We then got the hamachi crudo, it was okay. The main dishes were the star of the show! The caviar linguine and radiatori were both amazing! We also really enjoyed the creamed corn.

Four Seasons – I THINK NOT!!! The best Thanksgiving meal I’ve ever eaten was at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills., sadly today’s experience in Nashville was the polar opposite. In fact, it was probably the most expensive and disappointing Thanksgiving meal for the price to date.

As a taco ambassador and especially as a certified Mexican, I am extremely satisfied with what is probably the best dish in this restaurant, the beef tacos. Fresh, well made, good portion, exquisite sauces. Ironically these are offered on the Bar menu and what is most surprising is that the focus of this place is on Italian gastronomy which, with high critique it’s disappointing. The atmosphere, the place, the class of the hotel is incredible, that’s why one expects something better in Italian food but it doesn’t stand out. However, the tacos are exceptional. Definitely one of the top 5 tacos of Nashville. Recommended with a good beer.

Had a really great time at the bar with Lauren and Nate. Exceptional service and hospitality! I had the Calamari and Radiatori on Lauren’s recommendation- both were delicious, also had an expertly crafted New York Sour. Talia was very friendly and helpful as well! Come here for excellent cocktails, fine food and great service!

Our dining experience ranges from Michelin to Mexican hole in the wall…and while our meal at four seasons Mimo wasn’t awful by any means (and our server was wonderful) I just failed to grasp the value proposition here. At the cost of the meals, a basic and flat delivery of common kitchen staples and a menu that wasn’t exciting, the experience was underwhelming, a theme of the evening. I didn’t see much innovation from the kitchen at the level I expected to warrant the expense in an atmosphere that felt a tad more pomp than posh. I could concur with other reviewers that it’s a standard hotel restaurant that’s neatly packaged in a shiny new box and namesake, it’s not terrible but it’s not on par with some of the cuisine we tried elsewhere in Nashville.

Start to finish, this meal was extraordinary. From the amazing cocktails, food and even table touches from the Bar Manager Michael & Exec. Chef Nello, it was beyond our expectations. If you need an excuse to go out and treat yourself to a beautiful evening…here it is. (note: do NOT skip dessert…the tiramisu is a MUST try).

We came to Mimo for Valentines Day and it was amazing. Our waiter was phenomenal and offered excellent food and drink recommendations. The caviar linguine is to die for and I would not pass up the sourdough bread!! Will definitely be going back!

Food was good; brunch menu slightly limited. Everything a touch more expensive than I thought it should be. Wasn’t busy but service was still slow; maybe our waitress was new. Great location and nice airy atmosphere. Live singer/songwriter performance on the Saturday we were there.
