Real good food, best Uyghur restaurant in DMV. Noodles are chewy and full of flavors, beef stew well prepared with a great portfolio of aroma, lamb skewer marinated well and with perfect texture. Come with a little something in stomach as food takes a little longer than usual to be served. Check out can be faster – personally wish they would adopt order and pay upfront as before if that makes things faster.

The soup and naan are definitely not the same size as the pictures on the menu (not recommended). But the NOODLES are definitely worth it. It’s a good place where you can dine alone or with friends.

Wow found a place in Fairfax a Uyghur restaurant where the food I ate there tasted like what I ate in Xinjiang. Love Mim’s Food in Fairfax. The place was really packed when I arrived and the Uyghur staff were really busy but they were still very friendly. The noodles were all hand made and so tasty. I will be back with my kids and grandkids for sure.

Very clean restaurant and great food. The food here is delicious, you can taste how fresh the ingredients are. I never tried uyghur food before, and I loved it! I was suprised by how nice the atmosphere inside is. I really like the big open uncluttered use of space.

Amazing flavors. Probably some of the best cold skin noodles I’ve had, the lamb kebab flavor is really really good. But like many of the reviews here have already said, the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes you’re getting. It’s hard to eat until satisfaction without spending a good amount of money, ~20-30 bucks or more. I’ll be coming back for the cold skin noodles, but probably not often.

Honestly the best noodles I ever ate, somehow just one guy running the place, I ordered chili chicken, korma chopped noodles , and the bread. The chicken was great but I’m too weak to handle the spice, it’s definetly an 8/10. The korma chopped noodles were heavenly, best form of noodles/spaghetti. The noodles itself already were amazing but the juicy flavorful meat made it a solid 10/10. One last thing. The bread I ordered came dry and very small. Idk if it’s because the one guy messed it up because he was overworked or if the bread was supposed to be like that. Overall a 4/5 restaurant highly recommended

Ignore the 1-star reviews. Those people seem to only judge restaurants by how quickly their server brings out their chicken tenders. This place is absolutely amazing and the food will blow you away. We go here all the time because the food is so special. That’s why the service can be slow sometimes–BECAUSE THE FOOD IS AMAZING and everyone keeps coming back.
