Wow! Courtney and her staff are A-MAZING! Their food is all natural, delicious, freshly prepared and well balanced. I have been eating low carb (basically KETO now) and they’ve got terrific meals and beverages that fit my dietary needs perfectly. In closing let me describe this place in one word.. YUMMY! You’ve gotta check it out for yourself.

Great selection of healthy alternatives for on the go meals and snacks.. but even more so impressed with their shooters and “holistic”/natural immunity options. The elderberry syrup is second to none, and the four thieves vinegar, while potent is a must for any cold or virus you may have. Will definitely keep going back as long as we live in the east Dallas area!

Had to change my review on here. This place honestly is false advertisement which is sad. There is nothing healthy about adding 15-20 grams of sugar in each of your meals and proteins. If anyone is in need of a fast meal. Yeah they’re good. But nothing healthy about it. Just check out the nutrition labels on their meals. Not aimed for fat loss or eating healthy in the slightest. I wish they’d make that known more.

My wife and I love the food here and now get weekly orders! So many meals here are absolutely delicious and very inventive! There is no way I could make this spectacular of food at home. They just started experimenting with mini meals for kids and our 2 1/2 year old LOVES the chicken meatballs! The owners and staff are always nice and I will continue to support this local, family run business! Every week I look forward to the menu release and look forward to delicious meals every week!

WHY have I not found this place sooner!? It used to be so difficult to eat healthy but Minced makes it super easy! Definitely my new go-to! Their food is really delicious, so tasty, and affordable! I get meals at Minced every single week. It’s super tasty and makes my life easier, because I don’t have to prep all my lunches. Everything is gluten-free and they have many things that fit into other special dietary needs. They have a rotating weekly menu of entrees, salads, and soups. They also have the option for meals where you customize your protein, carb, and veggie, plus breakfasts, snacks, and other healthy goodies.
