The sushi was delicious! We shared a maki plate and a chef choice sushi plate. Our son devoured the California rolls and we were delighted by the portion sizes and quality of fish. The restaurant itself is small inside and modest. It is nice to be able to see the sushi chef rolling away behind the counter and the bar has a wide selection of bottles. Prices were excellent for the quality.

We found this place on Maps as we were sitting in traffic on 24. We took a chance based on the reviews and are so happy that we did! It’s a cute restaurant and it does a huge takeout business. I had the coconut in the lime cocktail (on the rocks) and my husband had the blood orange sour. We split sushi and the chicken and steak hibachi. They were all delicious. We also ordered the hibachi rice and it was our least favorite. The service was excellent. The only thing I noticed is the young man that was helping with takeout was either new or hospitality is not his calling. We never interacted with him but what I witnessed was not ideal. The other employee tried to give him some helpful advice a few times.

From the outside still looks like a diner.. but inside refurbished.. sushi counter that seats 8… 4/2tops right down the middle and 6/4tops that can be rearranged. Staff is friendly and the 1 waitress zips around ensuring the food is still steaming when it gets to your table. With 1 server/bartender the wait is minimal and served with a smile and thank you!!! Food is hot, fresh and Delicious. Some of the best Asian cuisine I have had in years!!

Cool staff, food is very on oar with what you’d expect. Very competitive pricing makes it enticing but I had an experience with the food being so greasy as if the cook didn’t shake the food basket after pulling up from the fryer. I have worked in the food business before and have seen this mistake firsthand, despite that one cook mistake, this place has a lot going for it.

I still want to really like this place. The food is good. Perhaps we should just come in and sit down and eat in the restaurant. Trying to get Take out from them in a timely manner is pretty much impossible. I’m usually told it’ll be about 30 minutes. It is at least 45 to 60 minutes every time I call an order in. The order is usually wrong about half of the time. What’s strange is that it takes a long time to get your food even if it’s not that busy. That said, the food really is good, but Plan on a long wait in order to get it.

The pork they used had in the ramen and pork buns was a little tough but the broth and sauce were good. Crab Rangoons have to be the best around! Everything we got from the hibachi was absolutely delicious. Our server was very chill and nice I believe her name started with a V.
