Look here! This place is literally a hidden gem! The food was great but the small town staff was perfect! I haven’t been there in over 10 years! Never judge a book by its cover. If you’re in town or just passing through GO have a good meal here. You won’t be disappointed unless they don’t season the steak sub. We call this amazing restaurant big daddy minerals.

The staff was gr8 food was real good it just has a very old look . Not that I don’t like old stuff but a can of paint and a little primping could go so far. There is stuff from the Bible there, nothing wrong with that but it looks as if Jesus may have been there. Just sayin’. I did enjoy my lunch please don’t think I didn’t.

I didn’t give all stars because my wife and I only been the one time but I will sure to give it another try. We missed breakfast so hamburgers and fries did just fine. I apologize for not remembering the waitresses name but she made us feel welcomed and periodically checked on us, definitely will be back.

If you want to wait an hour and not get served your food, and leave angry….THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Dont go anywhere near the bathroom unless you want diseases. Also saw everyone touching and preparing food with no gloves on. Plenty of flies buzzing around to snack on while you dont get your food.

If you are looking for a bite to eat in this small town, keep driving past this restaurant. It seems to be the type of place where locals get served first. Came in and there wasn’t many people in there at the time. Me and my brother ordered our food and then a huge group of people came in (all regulars) within about 20 minutes my food came out my brother ordered a small cheese pizza that never came. I ate we waited about 45 minutes and nothing. As nice as the waitress pretended to be, she never came over to update us. That huge group that came in AFTER us had already ate and left. I went up to pay my bill and ask her whats the update on his food. She wasnt even sure if they started on it yet. She just walked over to my brother and asked him if he still wanted it before she had the cook make it…if you still go in after reading this make sure to use the bathroom outside before you go in because its filthy in there. Sink doesnt work. I left feeling gross. Also while I went up front I noticed the cook didnt have any gloves on.

Food is decent… Always better than I expect. Service is spotty – but OMG this place is filthy. Just a lack of even trying to keep it clean. If this is what the dining room looks like I’m afraid to know what the kitchen looks like. Cash and check only – no one under 60 carries around cash all the time. Welcome to the 21st century

We love this restaurant. Definitely the best pizza around. New York thin slices. The cheese is fresh and the sauce has just the right spices. You can’t beat the price. Bring cash or check because they don’t take credit or debit cards, but honestly you are not going to care. The food is really good.

My family LOVES the burgers at Mineral restaurant. I had the Chicken Fried Steak, which was good. The instant mashed potatoes were too thin and the gravy needed seasoning as did the green beans. My frien had the stromboli and said it was great.

We stopped here this morning because this is the only restaurant around that serves breakfast other than fast food. First the staff was amazing. Very nice with a southern smile. The restaurant needs a good cleaning for sure. I ordered the BLT and hubby ordered the short stack pancakes and bacon. The food was good. They only accept cash no credit or debit cards here. If they cleaned the restaurant Im sure they would be alot more busy.

While enjoying a rare Saturday to ourselves (chillins went to Gigis) we stopped here for a bite. Diners like this are fewer and further between. Friendly, excellent service, fresh and delicious food, great atmosphere and the prices are amazing. We will definitely be coming back!
