It all started in Hartford, Wisconsin where the original Mineshaft was erected. Formerly called “The Commodore”, brothers Tom and Will remodeled the tavern to look very much like an old mine shaft, where it borrowed its present name. In 2019 the mining venture expanded to Oshkosh – a brand new 16,000 sq ft facility for food, drinks and games!

I absolutely love this place and obviously for the children, this place is like a dream come true! We came here many times in the past, but as this particular time it was for my 9 year old Sons Birthday party. I think that as long as they are always changing and evolving with the caliber of games to keep everyone guessing and genuinely wanting to play and win. The service we received was fantastic and we never had to wait for anything. Their birthday specials are a great deal as with 10 guests it was only 90 dollars and comes with 200 tokens for games, 2 large pizzas with up too 3 toppings each, 3 pitchers of soda, and they can make great cakes right there too so really it’s an all in all unbeatable children’s celebration destinations!

This restaurant is such a great choice for those who have picky eaters because there’s an expansive selection of food. We enjoyed all of the food we ordered. Mozzarella Sticks are wrapped in a egg-roll style wrap and are twice the size of normal Mozzarella Sticks at comparable restaurants. The service was great and our server was always attentive and friendly. Will be back soon!

Every visit we’ve had excellent service the pizzas are very good and BOGO on Thursdays. Their traditional wings are very good, too. The Tuesday AYCE Mexican Buffet is good- especially at $9.99 for adults. The game room is COLOSSAL! And the ticket/prize booth was well staffed even on a Tuesday between the lunch & dinner shifts. 10/10 would recommend!

The food tastes amazing. I had a mojito also, and it was very good. I highly recommend the burgers. My kids loved their food. Our waitress was very nice! The game room was great, had an amazing selection of games. My new favorite place!

I have visited this location many times! Their food is good! They have daily specials and all are good. My favorites are Friday Fish fry, which will compete with a lot of others in the area. The Brunch on Sunday! Their menu covers a-lot of food so if you can’t find something you like then you don’t like food.

This place is AMAZING! I stopped here with my daughters, and they had a great time. The good was amazing. They have all you can eat fish fry on Friday and Wednesday, I think. The pieces of fish are huge! I had a burger, and that was great.

Echoing made the sound from the nearby table of a dozen shrieking preschoolers painful. I took my hearing aids out. Service was great. Bartender had to be told how to make a gimlet. He had put way way too much rose’s lime juice in the glass. The second try was much better.
