The place was presentable and clean. The egg drop soup tasted scorched. The sauce they put on my fried rice and the shrimp and vegetables didn’t have a good taste. The egg roll was very good. We ordered hot tea that they served in styrofoam cup. I was expecting a little Chinese cup, presentation is so important to the taste.

I am sad to say it was not very good. I got steamed dumplings and pork egg rolls. There was absolutely no taste or flavor, very bland. The egg rolls just tasted like old grease. Maybe I hit a bad day, but as of today, not recommended. =(

Ming Kitchen may appear as a small business but one that deserves more recognition. The food is great, perfectly packaged in a tight container that prevents spills and is ready to go in almost no time. You can also choose to eat inside, as there is some seating available. It has a quiet atmosphere, was not too crowded during my first visit yesterday.

I always get mine to go, (can’t speak to dine in experience) but it is always ready on time and correct with nice people at the counter. Food is consistently good, but I’m not crazy about the fried rice….would order steamed instead.

Terrible customer service!! Gave us wrong order and did not want to correct that. Ask anyone, chow mein is a noodle dish, yet we only got steamed vegetables. We got all the way home and manager did not want to take responsibility and required us to come back. Opened the container and the vegetables smelled rotten. Worst experience.

As someone who appreciates being able to buy large quantities of Chinese takeout, Ming kitchen is a godsend, the owners were my previous neighbors and are kind people, I recommend Ming Kitchen wholeheartedly, I recommend their fried dumplings, and their black pepper chicken.

This is my favorite Chinese eatery in the world. And the reason for that is simple, the coconut shrimp is absolutely amazing. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s my favorite food in the world. Go to Ming’s and get the coconut shrimp with the sauce and you’ll thank me.
