I travel for work, try my fare share of Chinese food. Ming’s is rated up on my scale. For NJ, priced reasonably and the food quality is a 5.

Ming’s Garden just added seafood to the menu and it is scrumptious! Yesterday I had the Snow Crabs and Lobster Tail with Lemon Pepper sauce (my mouth is watering just writing about it) I enjoyed it so much today I tried the Calamari, Lobster Tail and Snow Crab but this time in Trio sauce and it was succulent. I’m happy about Ming’s delicious seafood and I recommend visiting Ming’s soon to enjoy the new seafood menu

Ming’s Garden is reasonably priced. It was quick, cheap and convenient. It is in the Princeton Marketplace Center. Their sign is the one that isn’t lit up.

Sorry to have to say this but food had bad smell like food was not cleaned properly, egg rolls tasted a bit like soap. Rice had bad smell like raw eggs. Besides that me and my wife had bad stomach after eating this food. Not looking for a refund at all but would like you guys to pay more attention to the food you are serving the customer. Wish you the best of luck. Ordered through Uber eats

Did not order actual chinese food. But the seafood boil of shrimps + mussels was awesome!! We got the TRIO seasoning. Such a gem to find. Wish we lived in the area so we could get this often!

Tried Mings Garden about a month ago for the very first time and pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The service was good and they very very friendly. Gonna pick up some food there tonight.

I WILL NEVER FREQUENT THIS PLACE AGAIN. I went today to order shrimp egg foo young and asked the counterperson did they have brown gravy or that dark sweet sauce too many places are putting on the egg foo young. I was specific that I was looking for brown gravy and did not like the dark sauce, so he assures me that they use brown gravy. I then ask can I upgrade the white rice to fried rice he says for 2.75 i can upgrade to veg fried rice. I get home and find the dark sauce I hate, bland egg foo young with unclean shrimp, and the “veg. fried rice” I spent 2.75 on was just plain rice soaked in soy sauce. A TOTAL WASTE OF $ I WOULDNT GIVE THESE LYING GRIFTERS ANOTHER DIME WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!

Good service and fast. But the food itself was not. The food was rancid. Chinese take out is not necessarily known for the highest of quality of food so I always adjust my expectations when I order take out.this place served us rancid food. The food simply tasted old. The meat especially had a taste that was indicative of close to rotting meat or maybe it was just old meat. The rice for sure was old. As a Asian that eats rice regularly, I know when rice is bad. They should have not served that rice. The rice smelled bad and had a texture of bad rice (easily smushed). We are not picky eaters and we enjoy all ranges of food. But We had to throw away our $38 worth of food.
