We are the new Chinese restaurant located inside the Yorba Linda Town Center. We open 7 days a week and offer dine in, take out and delivery. Party Tray also available now! We do have new business hours starting on Monday 6.20.2022! New business hours are Monday-Thursday 11am-3pm, 4:30pm-9pm, we do close for dining between 3pm-4:30pm from Monday-Thursday, but we do accept togo orders at 4pm. Friday-Sunday’s business hours stay the same, we don’t close at the weekends. Thank you!

Service was slow and served in phases. The other tables received all their food at once. Server did not return to offer refills for our water (a pitcher would’ve been nice). The portions were decent but having to order a la cart was pricey. $65.00 for 3 entrees!!

Took 45 min to get our food. Other tables were seated after us and received all their food before us. Our waiter kept telling us ‘it’s coming soon’. Side note… the ma po tofu was excellent. Silky, smooth and tasty.

Nice, clean, modern place. Great location. The service was food. The food was tasty and fresh. I like that it was not too greasy, and i like that the orange chicken did not have any pieces of fat or that extra breading that i don’t like.

Enjoyed our first meal at Min’s Bistro, which is tucked away in the new Yorba Linda Town Center. We enjoyed two delicious entrees … Beef and Bell Pepper which presented itself as juicy tender meat and fresh peppers in a mild sauce.

My daughter and I shared 2 dishes. Restaurant space is beautiful. Cool lights on the ceiling. Mu shu pork was good. Twice cooked pork belly was one of the worst dishes I’ve ever had in a Chinese rest. I eat pork belly weekly and it is hard to mess up but they did. The meat was tough. Fat was not rendered at all. I don’t know how that could happen but I would not go back.
