How can you not like their pizzas. They make some featured pizza that are always good to try. Everyone at work loves the prime cut. It is the first pizza to get eaten. We like to go to the location on Ridgeview in Olathe. Top notch compared to another location close by.

We stopped in for lunch here for the first time. We started with an appetizer that was delicious. The bread was soft and crunchy at the same time and was a large portion. My gf got the calzone but she wasn’t a fan of the bread. She did enjoy the inside filling. I got the Meatball Sandwich and it was fantastic. The prices are really good for the amount of food that you can get and they have plenty of options to choose from.

I ordered over the phone and specifically asked if the pizzas I was ordering qualified for the buy one get a discounted price for the second special that they always have and was told it did. When I showed up to pick up I was charged a higher price and was told that I had been told wrong over the phone. The manager refused to honor the price I was told over the phone, even with the employee there telling her that I was correct in what had happened. Having a hungry family at home expecting pizza, I had no choice but to just pay. The pizza was a huge disappointment. The flavor was very poor. My family agreed so I know it wasn’t just me. I have had Minskys at other locations and loved it. The quality seems to vary greatly based on location. I genuinely have had much better pizza at Pizza Hut (not my favorite) for half the price. We will not be back, unfortunately.

I’ve gotten the Mac and cheese pizza at different Minsky locations and this one was def nothing special. Literally just easy Mac and cheese lol. Usually this pizza is very good but if you’re out of ingredients or something you guys should let us know before charging $30 for easy Mac and cheese. 2nd pic for comparison what the pizza normally looks like.

Minsky’s has some of the BEST pizza in the Kansas City area. This Olathe store is one of, if not THE, newest location. And Minsky’s didn’t disappoint. I have had several items from their menu here, but I would highly recommend their Jumbo Combo pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, onion, black olives, bell pepper, lots of cheese… this pizza is HUGE. I tend to get a half Jumbo Combo and half Mushroom on thin crust. They aren’t cheap, but neither are the ingredients. Always great service, on the phone or dine-in. You can’t go wrong with Minsky’s!

I ordered takeout on a Thursday night. Pizza was hot and received it quickly. The pepperoni pizza is awesome but the Philly is not a Philly in my opinion but that is all it is, my opinion. The cheese bread on the other hand were soggy and stacked on top of each other making it impossible to separate and eat as individual sticks. Overall I would order again but would stay away from the Philly and cheese bread. Only gave 4 stars due to the cheese bread.

We ordered delivery of a medium #87 pepperoni pizza. Ordering was easy. Delivery was very fast. But the pizza just wasn’t that good. It was our first time eating Minsky’s so we weren’t sure what to expect. What we got was a pizza with a very think layer of cheese that seemed partially melted. It was okay, just not good or great.

I was meeting my mom for lunch here. I got there early got us a table. The place is empty. The floor was filthy the bathroom was dirty. Definitely not what I expect from Minsky’s I go to one near my house. Will not come back to this location!

Very disappointed with the recipe change to the margherita pizza sauce. It’s so spicy there’s no tasting the tomatoes or basil. There’s so much ricotta, it’s thick and unpleasant. I so enjoyed it before, but will not be ordering in the future.
