I love that this place is all vegetarian. It’s definitely not fancy, but it has some seats inside and a picnic table outside–totally serviceable. Good for a quick lunch. For us, even the mild was too spicy so probably not the place for us but if you like heat — this is the place for you.

Felt like the restaurant was really hectic… The restaurants exterior and bathroom are quite dirty giving off an unkempt feel. But then the TV was playing a nature ocean soundtrack trying to create a calming environment. Finally, the food came out and it was on plastic and styrofoam plates?!?

Delicious food, best we have had in Gainesville! Also has great vegan options. We had the Gobi Manchurian, Samosa Chaat, Soya Masala, Samosas, Garlic Naan, all very good. Very nice service as well.

I am never disappointed in the service, quality, portion, tastiness, or menu options when I visit Mint Cuisine. The eating area is cozy, and take out is always on time and rsjter quick. The food is always hot, seasoned really well and fresh. The options on the menu are vegan. What’s so nice about the choices and the authentic cook is that this food fits in with anyone’s eating choice. The portions, even with regular order, are really so much to eat! The rice is always so well done. We are very lucky to have this family run restaurant here in Gainesville.

Definitely the best Palak Paneer I’ve had in Gainesville! It’s a family run restaurant and the owners are super friendly. All their curries are delicious and flavorful, but I wish there were more vegetables/paneer in each dish. The curries seem to have too much liquid. The samosas were good and had lots of filling too. I’m definitely coming here for vegetarian Indian food in the future. Prices are very reasonable for generous portions.
