Ordered the Elvis pancakes. I think these where the BEST PANCAKES I have ever had. The coffee…..oh they know how to make coffee! If you want REAL coffee that is strong the way coffee should be, stop here! Also, Pierre is super friendly and very helpful when you have questions about the menu, which has SO MANY good looking items to choose from. This is my new favorite spot

So I was at UK for a Dr appt & needed to destress afterwards…I looked up local spots & found Mintons. Tay was the perfect energy I needed. I got the Bacon Burger…it had Applewood bacon, provolone, Dijon & tomato jam. I do not like tomatoes so I was trusting Tay & it was DELICIOUS!!! I came at an off time, so I was fortunate enough seating was not an issue. Would I return? Ummm DUH! I loved that they had Vegetarian & Vegan options as well.

Minton’s is a great, locally owned breakfast/brunch spot. Everything I’ve tried has been great. Prices are good too, only downside is that it’s so popular seating and parking nearby can fill up. Still worth the effort!

I drive by here alot. But today, I finally googled this little tiny restaurant, and much to my surprise, the entire menu looked like real gourmet meals, at affordable prices….I ordered the Elvis pancakes, and OMG!!!! THEY WERE AMAZING. And so much of it as well. Very satisfied!
