A friend shared about this place so we stopped on a Monday at 6pm. Got right in and had an excellent dinner of grill-your-own-steaks, Texas toast, salad bar and potato dessert! Fun-casual atmosphere so no need for a collared shirt

Cute place for a casual dinner après-ski. It’s a cook your own meal kind of place so it’s fun for younger kids. Salad bar is unlimited and we loved the grilled bread. Has a lovely char from the grill. If you don’t know what to pick as a side, highly recommend the double baked potato.

The inside is “well-loved” and could definitely use some repairs, but the food is delicious! Pick your own protein and grill it up yourself. Whatever is in the marinade at the grill is so flavorful. The kids loved the unlimited salad bar and bread. Pro-tip: slather some butter and garlic powder on the bread and grill it up too!

Disappointing experience after wanting to try for many years. The waiter did a poor job of explaining how the restaurant worked, which is very different than most restaurants. He sort of mumbled and disappeared. The salad bar was good, but the tongs used for selecting food were laying on top of the lettuce when we arrived, which means anything on the previous customers’ hands would now be on the lettuce we were about to eat, gross.

We love this place and try to go every time we go skiing in Colorado. Great steaks, salad bar, sides, service and ambience. It’s not your fancy steakhouses atmosphere, it’s very low-key and fun. Our server Alex did a superb job as well.

The steaks were great but everything else needed attention. The drinks were slow to come out (we only had one round of beers during the whole meal). After the big deal about ordering sides with your steak, the sides came out when we were 75% thru eating our steak. One of the 3 sides was cold too. There are better options in the valley after the moment.

Minturn is a great family or group experience. We’ve been several times through the years. If you are lucky enough to see the magic show, it will amaze you. My daughters cards are still in the ceiling from previous years Card tricks. It’s well worth the trip from Vail or Beaver Creek areas.
