After encountering issues with my drink order and Selena’s unprofessional behavior, I decided that I no longer wished to consume the beverage. I informed Selena of my decision and kindly requested a refund. However, she adamantly refused, stating that a refund was not going to happen. To my dismay, Selena then proceeded to leave her position behind the counter and approached me with an aggressive and unprofessional demeanor. She made it clear that she was not to be underestimated just because she was wearing a uniform. I have never before experienced a manager physically coming behind the counter and essentially threatening me while I was simply trying to get my drink or a refund as a dissatisfied customer.

The staff is nice, coffee delicious and they have Gelato. Their coffee beans are from Italy and they serve many different types of coffee ☕️ great service, store is very clean, they croissants with ham and cheese are good definitely recommend

Based on the reviews it looks like they have some good staff and some not so great staff. The exchange I had at the counter was tense at best. The person serving me did not want to answer questions on the different kinds of muffins or the sizes of the drinks or where the sweeteners were. It was my first and last time at this location. I was the only customer and so it wasn’t like they were busy or stressed either. I was looking for a new go-to coffee spot and this is definitely not it. If I was the owner, I would try to train the staff to be more professional.

New location in Katy! I’ve been a fan of Minuti Coffee for awhile now. The baristas are always friendly and super helpful. I got an apple leaf pastry, which was full a flavor. I brought my son here from Seattle for their coffee and he was also impressed. My gingerbread latte was delicious. I’m hoping a location opens up in San Antonio.

This place is awesome! As far as coffee is concerned, there is no better place anywhere in this area, period, full stop… They have this little Caprese sandwich that is just the bomb and their white moka ice-o’s with an extra shot of espresso will make you ready to tackle the worst work day ever. 10/10 would recommend to aliens if they ever visited and needed great coffee. Looked for a place where I can work and grab a coffee. This location was very cleans and had plenty of seating inside and outside. The tables by the walls have connections for you to lug in your computer charger. The baristas we’re very friendly and quickly got my order ready.

We love Minuiti coffee, but this location was rough. The inside did not look clean, the drive thru was took longer than expected, and the drinks were sub-par. For over $17 for 3 drinks, we expected more. The creamicinos tasted more like an ice-o. We were also charged .65 cents for chocolate drizzle. Not sure if this has ever happened with us at other locations, but this should be included in the price tag. They were also out of whipped cream…not sure how much extra that would have been. The employees hands were dirty when handing over drinks. Also was not given a receipt and had to ask for one. We will visit Minuiti coffee in the future, but not this one.
