Friday night I brought some out of town guests to this restaurant. We had eaten there a year ago when the food and atmosphere were great. This time, not so much. The waitresses were obviously very stressed and unhappy. Our waitress ignored requests for water, additional drinks from the bar and boxes at the end of the night. We had to insist on getting water which another waitress brought. One of our party had to go to the kitchen and insist on getting boxes.I would guess that all of the waitresses have resigned by now. The one chef working was covering all of the grills. We understood that it must be difficult. He was enjoyable to watch cooking. The woman behind the bar, who I believe was the manager, didn’t appear to be supportive of the waitresses as one waitress complained to another that they were overwhelmed and customers should know that. Nothing was said to her while at the same time I asked for a glass of water twice from the woman I believe was the manager as she washed glasses. I had to insist on getting water. I have never written a poor review on any business but this was the worst service any of us have ever had. None of our party will be returning.

Our family loved this place! We ordered 3 different sushi specialty rolls, fried calamari and two kids chicken tenders and fries. Everything was very good. The waitress was so nice and the drinks were tasty too!

Had a sushi boat which was fine, but the sashimi was warm, not room temp, but almost like it was sitting on a radiator. Skeeved a bit. The worst though was the takoyaki, which was revolting. Truly revolting. Imagine boiling hot sick fried balls. It’s supposed to be octopus, but it literally could have been anything. Won’t be able to stomach coming back.

Worse place and the owner (girl) came at me very hostile because I waited for an hour for my meal, steak was raw asked for very well done, my vegetables were frozen and she freaked out. Offered just a gift card because they will get shut down and she wasted food for me. Pointing at the menu. The owner needs some classes or something because her customer service is a negative 100. Do NOT go there if you don’t have too!

Very delicious, but very understaffed. You order something for 1130 and it’s not ready until 12. The hibachi guys do a great job, but the ones who do the drink orders rarely come by. Has so much potential, if they were fully staffed and on time they would be 5 stars

If I could give a 0, I would. Went in for dinner and immediately let the waitress know that I have a gluten intolerance, as is directed on the menu. I asked if I could safely order the vegetarian trio of sushi, she seemed unsure about the eel sauce and just omitted it without even asking the kitchen. She also admitted to not fully knowing about gluten but assured me all three rolls would be safe (sans the eel sauce), and also checked with the kitchen that the spicy mayo was safe for me.
