There aren’t many restaurants with good reviews in the area, Miranda Cuisine was amongst the few of them and now I know why. Service was not good but outstanding, the server (Brian) and Cuban bartender were great! Profesional and joyful. Loved the food and the place. We were no staying at the hotel but drive here to try this restaurant and it was worth. We came here prior to our cruise and let me tell you the reviews were spot on. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. We went to eat at here at Miranda restaurant and it was delicious!!!! Our server was Brian and he was very nice and attentive. He made my husband and I some of the best Long Islands we have EVER HAD!!!!!! If you are in Miami this hotel and restaurant is a must!!!!!!

Was invited to a wine pairing dinner along with an impromptu marriage ceremony. Dunio – the director presented us with several courses that were beyond fantastic. I have had a 700$ per person degustation experience in Dubai and the Maldives and this food was just as good. It was an incredible experience and I was so happy to be a part of it. Every course came along with the perfect wine combination and his personal explanation as to what was to come. His personal touch and the quality of his staff made this the best experience. I highly recommend everyone to make contact with Dunio – set aside a date with several special friends or family and experience this for yourself. If there was a 0 star this will be the best rating. We were seated it took about 7-10 minutes for water, we asked for lemon for the water never received. 15 minutes later waiter came to ask what we would like, and we gave the order for appetizer & our Dinner so then that was another wait of about 20 minutes still no then our appetizer came out, but no small plates and still no and the waiter was in a hurry and not attentive so as we waited for plates the appetizer was cold and so we got up and left. It was going on almost an hour. Only about 5 tables with 1 or 2 customers to dine, so there should not be a wait. The waiters were mostly at the bar. The waiters were attending the customers at the bar and chit chatting away at the bar.

Delicious food, fast and friendly service! We just got off the cruise and stayed one more night in Miami in a different hotel before flying out. The food was great and the servers were so nice. The club sandwich was piled with bacon, turkey, cheese, tomatoes, and Lettuce. The fried plantains were perfect and the chocolate cake was moist and a delicious chocolate flavor. Highly recommend!
