We came all the way from New York and Weehawken and were we impressed. The decor was beautiful and meaningful. The staff was attentive and kind. The customers were friendly. Now the food, was so pretty. The Chicago de Pollo epic, my arroz con Gondulez abd mascaras de cueiro with Pickled onions Devine. My friends chicken tasty. The homemade plantain chips was amazing. The shrimp empenada was so well seasoned. All empenadas were gigantic. Check out annastravels on tiktok and anamaglena on Instagram. Run there don’t walk. 10 star.

Everything was amazing! I was looking for authentic Puerto Rican food and this restaurant definitely delivered. The chuleta (pork chops) were tender and juicy. The arroz con gandules was perfect. Empanadas which are cooked perfectly with a golden crust, guava and cheese was my favorite. Great portions and prices.

We had an office party and had Mis Raíces do the catering and the food was so FRESH, DELICIOUS and beautifully displayed. Everyone raved about the food asking where it came from. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They need to be ashamed saying they serve authentic Puerto Rican food! I ordered alcupurria and arroz con gondules thru door dash and my alcupurria was burnt! As black as the black spoon in the picture. For them to even serve this trash to customers is beyond me. There wasn’t even a lot of meat inside.

5/5 Some of the best food I ever had. Yuca with the garlic was delicious. The rice with the pigeon peas was delicious. The fish, pork, chicken, and steak all delicious. All the empanadas were delicious. The staff is great! Theres a young woman who works there is always so nice and friendly and truly makes you feel like family. Nothing bad to say at all! Only con is that I live 45 mins away, but I come at least once a week to support this business. They even have this little cilantro aioli that’s beyond delicious. Nice sized portions matched with great prices, I honestly wish I could give them a higher ranking than 5 stars!
