From reservation to check, this place dotted every “I” and crossed every “T”. We were promptly greeted upon arrival. We were seated in an awesome room with privacy (didn’t ask for it, just received it). Ordering was prompt, didn’t have to wait very long for our chef Jon to arrive. The waitress throughout the meal was very tentative, didn’t have to once ask for a refill -she was on point with it.

What can I say other than, wow! I don’t believe 5 stars does this place justice. The atmosphere is incredible. Traditional Japanese setting at it’s best! Some of the greatest Japanese food I have ever had. Extremely generous portions as well. The chef Joe was very entertaining! He had a fantastic personality! I can’t find one thing to complain about. Bare in mind, this is not a cheap restaurant. But the quality and the quantity for the price cannot be beat! If you’re looking for a top notch Japanese steak house, look no further!

Great food and atmosphere. Hibachi restaurant. The fried rice has sesame seeds added instead of eggs and tastes great. Recommend considering this place if you are looking for Asian food in West Knoxville. Also right off the interstate.

Just went to pickup call in order, steak/ chicken dinner with extra rice plus $5.00 mayo sauce. For $32.00 plate. This is what it looks like. This is insanity! No steak at all! Lady in front says this is always their portions and they never give free sauce.. I’ve been visiting this restaurant for over decade, inside. Never as take out, so I thought with virus restrictions we would try it. Nope, no… will never ever again even come back! I’m posting so you know if you order carry out here this us what you get. Its not worth it at all!!!! They will refuse to make it right, saying its the way it is and always been. Oh $5.00 for one sauce, size small soup container that is half full. Rude, terrible service, oh I had to pay with credit card over phone to even place order.

We have been coming here for years and it was always great. The last few times we have been there they service has not been good and the food quality has went down very much. We went there tonight and the servicer mess up our order we had to tell the cook what to make and they did give my husband and my mom there veggie they get before there meal. The cook keep through food on my husband and they didn’t put rice I’m a loaf like they normal do. And they didn’t do any truck that they normal do. It’s just not fun to go there anymore and it’s very high price.

They’ve been hit or miss for the past couple years, so of you’ve been turned off by this place, try it again. The sushi was exquisite! Everything was extra fresh, the rice was cooked perfectly, and the rolls all held together and looked wonderful! The tempura veggies were perfectly cooked as were the hibachi veggies. We’ve been here several times.It’s fun especially for a group party. The food is good, tons of rice. Kids were disappointed they didn’t do the onion volcano. A little pricey for all that rice. I noticed upon leaving, they have a roach problem! Good luck.
