Tonight I encounted extremely incompentent employees at Mishima. I called to place an order for Mahi Mahi…at first the girl on that answered the phone said they do not have it anymore…then she says they do…I proceed to place my order for 2 Mahi plates & she says it wil be 5-10 minutes. We get there after 20 minutes & they do not have our plates ready because they are indeed out of Mahi Mahi. Instead of calling us back to tell us they were out of Mahi, they have us waiting and going out of our way for nothing. Then, when I call back to complain, they hang up the phone, so apparently they have caller ID! I finally get someone on the phone, which was no help at all. I hope the owners can see this because they have the wrong people taking the orders.

Great tasting food and filling for the price. Takeout portions are consistently smaller than what you receive dine in- but it is a nice quiet place to sit and eat and we’ve never had any problems ordering takeout.

They went way up on their menu prices for delivery as portions have gotten smaller at the same time. They included a note to order on a local delivery app or their own app, but I don’t know how they expect people to pay a 9$ delivery charge on top of the driver tip. Doesn’t seem like they care about the customer anymore, so I guess I won’t be patroning what WAS my favorite Japanese restaurant in Anderson.
