Excellent food and service. My favorite is the crispy rice with salmon, just the right amount of sauce and crunch to the rice!!! Went with my company for celebration and it was a very enjoyable night. The service is amazingly spot on, we felt very welcomed and appreciated. Definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants good sushi and a place to chill and chat with friends!!!

Miso in Troy has great weekday lunch specials until 3p.m. Great soups too. Ivan & his wife, Wendy, take pride as owners & work hard to keep their business going. It’s a place of classic ethnic food set in the American Dream. I eat here often & have never had a bad meal. Ivan was trained in NY.

It was quiet on a Saturday afternoon but we were grateful that the Miso Ramen Soup and Shrimp Vegetable Tempura came out so fast. Delicious and fresh. With a bottle of Japanese Strawberry soda that bill came to $38 with tax which given the portions was very nice. Only negative was the sign advertising that no bathroom is available due to Covid?!

the crispy rice with tuna was so yummy. I really like the sauce. but my ramen was sooo good!! the broth was excellent, the pork belly was tender and juicy, and the hard boil egg made it so much creamier! delicious!!

The traditional ramen w/ chicken had a strong fish odor and the traditional ramen with chasu had a strong slaughter house smell. I return them in eaten to the store and they refused to issue me a refund. They offered to remake the food, but why would I want more food from the same place that tried to pass off some nauseating mess as food moments before. 0/10 DO NOT recommend!

The ramen was decent, and had all the expected accoutrements. The salmon, shrimp tempura, and California rolls were all fresh and tasty. Would definitely come back for the sushi. The fried ice cream was fried fresh in house, and was decent, as well.

I love Miso. I work across the street and get it whenever I can. The food and service is flawless. Today I treated myself to a birthday lunch with all the fixings and it was amazing. The prices are very fair and I’m happy to pay for the food and experience. Doordashing with them is also a great experience.

The ramen was respectable, better than Ima imho and the value was great. They even have lunch specials on Saturday which you don’t see very often for these types of establishments. Sushi was solid. Very clean and good ambiance. Overall seems like a reliable place to eat. Give it some love!

miso ramen was a total disappointment. the broth had a good mouth feel but it lacked complexity and was way too salty, and im a savory gal! the pork was bland and overcooked, they did however, provide a generous amount of it. overall, the meal left me unsatisfied and i’m still hungry after finishing the entire bowl. i don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this it not worth your money.
