Amazing customer service! You always feel welcomed. And the miso peanut salad is out of this world. Freshly cooked food on the go. I’m here on the regular and the salad never misses. But don’t trust me try it for yourself!

Cross contamination! Raw chicken! Ordered Tek Tek Noodles withe chicken and proceeded to watch the cook take tongs and grab raw chicken from a pan that was off to the side of the cook top, uncovered and not on ice, and put in a wok after it went over the entire cooking area dripping raw juice. And then use the same tongs to grab fresh vegetables along with using them to stir other folks cooking, near done food. I asked for my money back and told why. Woman seemed confused and more worried other customers would hear me. So I spoke louder about the raw chicken being left out. She said it was new. That’s fine but it’s sitting out in above room temps. Won’t go back and have warned others to avoid it.

It’s hard to choose this place considering Panda Express is right next to it and has more options (and you can get more for less), but Miso is fantastic. As long as this place is in the mall, I’ll come eat here every chance I get. The specials are always great and the quality is awesome. It’s much better than having premade food scooped into a styrofoam to-go box.

I ordered the miso and it didn’t even look like miso (barely any broth) and was flavorless and gross and on top of that it was like 15 bucks. My friend said his food wasn’t very good either,and the staff were rude and very slow. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

Super convenient, fairly priced and fresh Asian cuisine. The portions are huge. The service is friendly but nice and to the point. My food is always consistent in flavor and quality and every order is made fresh. Favorite options include the My Thai rice bowl and the Miso Ramen.

I never write reviews, but this was annoying! We have been coming here for years and ordered 2 large sweet potatoe fries for $18 & they gave us 1 order of fries that looked like a small, when we double checked with them respefectly, they said yup that’s 2 larges. Super disappointing & complete rip off! We won’t be back!

Slow and Poor service. Very expensive for what you get. Prices have consistently gone up over the last 2 years while portions have gotten smaller. Used to be a great place to eat lunch but lately it’s hit and miss. Most meals end up around $14 with WA/Spokane sales tax.

Came to order a bahn mi and all it was is hot chicken, sirracha mayo & cilantro. I asked about the pickled veggies they said the picture on the menu is wrong. I asked if they had carrots like the picture they said no. Wouldn’t recommend for an authentic bahn mi experience. Also make sure you ask if what you order has everything it says it does on the menu.
