Pretty transitional ramen and the meat is pretty good and soft. The egg is perfect cooked as well. The girl at front desk is so hot! Overall, the experience is pretty goood. Also there are fire besides the place to keep you warm. Very nice!

So adorable ramen place they have a few ramen options but it’s delicious! I had spicy miso ramen and hot milk tea(you can choose cold or hot) and it was all so delicious. There’s a line but not too long. Each ramen was about 16.50dollars except for veggie ramen(14$). I really loved the taste and experience at the snow mountain. I wanna go back soon!

Delicious ramen, not too fussy, not too many choices, just right. Perfect setting at the Jay Peak tram side base. We loved it so much that we ate it for lunch everyday we skied. I had the spicy veggie ramen and my hubby had the spicy miso which added a few pieces of pork belly.

Had their onigiri at the Vermont Green game and I’m absolutely hooked. It was my first time trying it and I seriously can’t get it off my mind. I would eat thousands of them and not get sick of it. One of the most delicious things I’ve ever had in my life. If you get the chance to eat any of their food I highly recommend it. By far some of the best food in the state.

The best meal we had at Jay Peak and we tried it all. Eating ramen outside after skiing was my favorite part of the whole trip!

Extremely good ramen ! Very nice spot with a fireplace and some seats around, with a view on the resort. Ramens are about 16$ each.

Best ramen in VT, rivals some of my favorites from SF and Chicago. When I moved back to VT I was worried I’d have to give up one of my favorite meals, but I’m so happy to have Miso Hungry at Jay

This ramen was very much appreciated after a hard morning of snowboarding at Jay Peak. Recommend by a friend – and Miso did not disappoint. This is the exact meal I needed. So warm, so flavourful, so fresh. The staff are amazingly friendly as well and very knowledgeable about the resort. Wish I could visit regularly but alas Jay imany hours away from home.
